I never eat here because I saw the ratings but my niece was like let’s just give them a try. My lawd, the chicken noodle soup is horrendous, no flavor whatsoever, just like water with noodle throwing in together with cabbage and bean sprout. The service is also horrible when they were like just hurry up tell me what you wanted and paid up, then didn’t even bother to tell you to that how many minutes you need to waited until you asked them, proceed with didn’t even give you the spoon or fork in the to go bag. Definitely stay away from this place.
The orange chicken was the opposite of banger. All pretty flavorless and cheap-tasting. Also, they kept shoving samples in my face and it was really uncomfortable

Be careful - watch how they charge your order! I ordered bourbon chicken for both entrees and a side. The guy serving me didn't put enough chicken so I asked if he could add a little more. He put a few more pieces. But after I sat down and looked at the receipt they charged me for 3 entrees!

The worst food I’ve ever eaten. The rice not cooked fully the vegetables were not processes properly. Taste like it’s been in a hot water well box for hours. This place takes no pride in preparing food. I recommend to go some place else not here.
Master Wok at Memorial CityMall foodc Houston Texas cheated me when i bought their food with my credit card . It was a chicken bourbon with green beans a $6.99+$2= $8.99+tax, my usual plate whenever i buy food there.Master Wok ended up withdrawing $12.11 from my credit card probably by adding on a tip after i had left... I did not keep the receipt because i am a regular at this food court and most of the merchants there have me as a customer.When i complained to the management a few days later, thinking that the matter could easily be resolved .. the (older) chinese manager said how do you know we added on a tip? And demanded to see my receipt. When i show him my banking statement with American Express for my food purchases at Memorial City Mall food court, he argued & then said there was nothing he could do...even though all his employees know me as a regular. He stated that i could have bought something more on that day... And demanded the receipt. For $2 discrepancies and the refusal to trust the word and complaint of a regular customer, Master Wok just lost $10/week from my patronage. Be careful when you buy food here ... Since they now have started cheating & credit card companies do allow restaurant merchants to add on the tips to their credit card vouchers.Needless to say, Master Wok no longer has my business in order to cheat me again. Sarku Japan & BistroThai are just as good with their stir-fry items. But yes, i'm still disappointed that the chinese place cheated me, and management couldn't make it right.
Great friendly staff, the food I got was good but the only complaint I have is that the white rice tasted like minute rice. Now I dont have a problem with minute rice but if I go somewhere and pay almost $12 for a meal then I would figure they would serve regular white rice like the other places do.
Really suprised to see all the bad reviews. They make the best orange chicken & lo main in town. I also love their mixed veggies. I go out of my way to come here. I think it's great.
