Service was poor. The waitress was rude and was not educated on items on menu.They act like they don’t hear you and walk right pass you. Our order was incorrect, which they did fix. Felt like we were a bother asking for items and for them to correct mistakes. The amount of Egusi soup was not worth the price. I do not recommend.
I use to like the jollof and beef until they started giving me this oxtail looking meet that I didn't ask for so now I barely even go eat at Marie's anymore

Our absolutely favourite though was the Ndole with shrimp and assorted meat. So tender and flavourful. Just the right amount of moistness too.Will definitely be back.
They (specifically, the lady in the braids) need a lesson in customer service. The horrible service outweighs any desire for their food. Don’t care how “good” it is. Called my order in and was told it’d be ready in 35 minutes. Went after 35 mins and still had to wait an hour for my order. Instead of simply explaining why, kept getting the roundabout. Not worth it!
These people are so rude and act as if your money is no good!!! the food is amazing but the disrespect and rude service almost does not make it worth going anymore wish they didn’t treat there customers like we are bothering them

Was craving fish, I Drove way from Cypress. So disappointed when I open my fishand it was DRY AS HELL. LIKE I couldn't swallow it. I'M SO MAD ITS STILL IN D FRIDGE. THEN Y'ALL USE ALL OF THAT FOIL TO MAKE THE FISH LOOK BIG AND ITS A LITTLE 4 DOLLAR FISH FROM THE STORE. I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE
I used to love this Restaurant. Patronized it for many years. But it looks like the more popular the Restaurant, their service drops even more. The service is horrible, long wait time, RUDE waiters. My family and I used to live eating at Marie's. Now it's the LAST option. Why would I order food that's oily, and you don't take the time to properly secure the bag ad just hand it over to me staining my shirt. I only realized this after I had left. Nope not again. Thank Goodness for other Cameroonian Restaurants.
If you’re going to eat here, PAY IN CASH ONLY! They have a thief among their establishment!I visited here, dined in, had to wait for an extremely long while for my food. The waiter basically never showed back up to our table. When it came time to pay, I paid with a credit card. The next day I received an alert saying someone used my card for a total of $579. Someone there stole my card information. I called to report the issue and they were NO HELP at all.
