I haven’t order from here, but I love their customer service. They answer the phone so politely and they are so honest, it’s amazing. I’m literally sitting in front of their store this moment wondering if I should order a meal from them when all I wanted was to ask questions about their pizza, after an upsetting experience from a competitor. I will be ordering soon, for sure!
As usual this place truly delivers!!! First time trying the Calzones and it definitely won't be the last!!! Customer service is top notch!!!
My experience at this place was horrible. My family and I walked in and no one attempted to take our order. One guy was just standing there folding boxes. Another guy was just putting sodas in the cooler. The manager was on the phone and he didn't say anything. Not a I'll be with you shortly or nothing. So we just walked out.
I ordered pizza at 10:00. The pizza didn’t get delivered till 11:00. Once delivered the delivery man placed my pizza on top of a trash can. Totally unacceptable!! Who places food on top of TRASH
Order pizza at 11 for 12:15 delivery. Talked to the guy on the phone, and was very specific that this was a kid event and needed it here. I got it at 1:15, and it was barely warm. My business is done using them, we are 5min away teaching, and this is what my kids got.
They honestly make the best pizza, I love this location it's phenomenal! On Friday 12th November 2021, I came to collect my order, and the Lady that served/helped me was amazing such a kind soul, great customer service! I'm surprised she hasn't been made store manager! She deserves it I can tell she is dedicated, she even deserves a promotion, because this is not the first time I've been greeted with kindness from her but it's the second time. Her name is Paulami
The last time we ordered from here I thought it may have been my fault with the ordering online options that our pizza came with no sauce whatsoever. So we ordered from there again tonight and just got a normal one topping pizza. We got our order delivered and the pizza was not cut. I don’t mean not cut all the way through…I mean a pizza cutter didn’t come within 6ft of this pie. Normally this is more of just an annoyance because we have a pizza cutter, but it was so thick that I basically sprained my wrist trying to cut through the crust….I don’t know if the people who work there are incompetent or just don’t care but either way we’re never ordering Marcos again and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
Usually I adore Marco's pizza but my family and I were a bit disappointed by the quality at this location. Our order was ready at the appointed time and we had no issues with customer service. Just wondering why the pizza wasn't quite as excellent as it usually is.
I ordered through DoorDash and it came fast and hot! Delicious meatball sub and cinnasquares! This location hasn’t failed me yet, so keep going strong ??
The food is great, but half the order is always wrong. And they will mark your pizza as delivered before even in your neighborhood, so you panic about where it might’ve ended up.
