Many flavors to pick from, wish it was a bit cheaper but still pretty good to have when craving ice cream.
I order a banana split and rotten strawberries was place then ,this marble slab is not always fresh ne careful eating here.
I had purchased a Groupon voucher and decided to treat the kids and have a Banana Split in honor of my dad. This was our first visit to this location and it was a little busy (4:45pm on a Sunday). They did have it clean and inviting. The two guys were very polite. They didn’t wear gloves and I did bring it up to them. One gentleman told me that he couldn’t accept my voucher because they stopped accepting them a few years ago. I said; “Sir, it’s your address for the voucher.” He said that I should have asked first and I asked him why should I if this is your address. I will not be visiting this location again. Not because I couldn’t use my voucher, but because they don’t use gloves.
This location is an absolute dump! Several of the ice creams were mislabeled and all were, roughly, half melted. Certainly not within the proper temperature holding range. Aside of the ice cream being mislabeled, almost all of the "mix-ins" were mislabeled as well. Everything was filthy, the cones and waffle bowls where as stale as they come, and I saw trash on top of an ice cream. Based on my experience I'd say that these people do not practice any sort of disipline in regards to safety and sanitation or hospitality for that matter. The staff were the least hospitable people I've encountered in an establishment like this. We went into this place in great spirits and left fairly disappointed. I've work as a chef and hospitality professional for almost 15 years and I have had plenty of bad experiences in my travels and have never felt compelled to write a review until now. I truly hope that the managers of this establishment increase their efforts to better their business and our industry because, currently, they're failing themselves and their customers.
I have worked at a marble slab for years about 5 years ago and this owner runs his business very greedily. don’t go to this location save your money! save your money! my husband spent $20 on ice cream for the children and the owner doesn’t even fill the cup up with ice cream he leaves so much room and on top of that he says he can only put two toppings when it clearly says unlimited he’s not making the marble slab corporation look to good because he doesn’t follow what the menu says. on top of that there is a leak on the ceiling and I saw it drip on him as he took a cart of ice cream to the back and he acted like nothing. I wouldn’t trust this place not spend my money there again. At least not to this location.
Instead of charging a fair price and have customers come back, he wants to make all his money from one customer visit. Ice cream was good though.
I like the ice cream from this location, but the last 3 times I went they were not open when they were scheduled to be open and we decided to go elsewhere. It's a shame, marble slab is really my favorite place to go

Why is a ice cream cone with so little ice cream 10 dollars???? And with ruin strawberries. Weird marble slab place, other places don’t charge this much. 20 dollars for two simple ice creams
