I love ice cream and Marble Slab does it right.
The dark skinned guy was ?. It was my first time trying Marble slab and he was very patient with me. He took his time and the ice cream came out great!! I’m coming to this location all the time.
Seems nice enough. They’re slow with the orders. Also the girl with all the earrings completely ignored and skipped me to help the group behind me. Weird vibes. It seemed like they wanted to avoid helping me until the only other p.o.c. was available to help me. She was at least helpful.
Very rude and poor customer service, I usually buy a quarter and share with my kids in this location buts this time the lady deny to give me some cups to share she said the new managers don’t let her give some extra cups I even said can I buy it and she said no , she said they even wash the dirty ones to re use which is disgusting, this was the last time I ever buy from this place or this company
Very rude service. Tried to use a mother's day buy one get one free coupon on the app and they were very rude and gaslit me about wanting to use the coupon. Manager said "is that all you're going to get?" Also got an attitude when my mom told her we speak English. My husband and I mostly just speak English and we were the ones trying to use the coupon and pay. My mom was speaking Spanish to my uncle so she thought we were lying I guess. We ended up getting 3 ice creams. When scanning the app it only took 99 cents off so we said that isn't right. Gaslit again by the cashier saying that's all they can do. When the manager came over the cashier told her "they are trying to get one free" Like we are trying to scam them or something. Finally fixed the price but didn't apologize for the trouble and attitude and just walked away.
Perfect treat easy location nice and friendly staff.
Ruined my craving for ice cream, don't bother. The service is as tasteless as the ice cream.
Horrible service! Super rude staff and would not honor a coupon I had because their system was down, no explanation just plain rude and mean and were rushing everyone.
I’m giving 5 stars SOLELY because of Kevin. He was very patient, attentive and had a great attitude. The two ladies that work here aren’t very friendly. My daughters and her friends were rushed out of the store because they came in one night right before closing.
No type of greetings or smiles when I walk in the store. The manager has no type of social skills and her hospitality is just trash. She needs to go through more training and what seems to be even more frustrating is that her sister works there as well and her customer service isn’t the best. CAN YOU HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!
