The location in Meyerland still had no indoor seating and they didn't even put out chairs outside the restaurantso you have to sit on the steps outside if you get a cone and don't want to get ice cream in your car.. We showed up at 830 one night. The people who helped us were very nice and the ice cream was good quality. However, we went out to sit on the steps and eat our ice cream only to realize we didn't have napkins. I went back to get them and the door was locked. No one inside would look up at me. By my watch it was 840. The sign said they closed at 9. So they closed 20 minutes early and wouldn't even give us napkins. Pretty rude. I'll be going to the location on Bellaire and Buffalo Speedway from now on.
I wouldn’t recommend this place the staff is very unprofessional! This was my first time at this exact location. I got a ice cream cone as soon as she handed me the ice cream it was melting! Then I tasted it and I didn’t like it so I asked if I could get something different the Chinese guy told me not for free! I don’t understand how is it free if I just paid for it and I didn’t like it? I just wanted something else I would have even settled for vanilla at this point. I felt that he didn’t handle the situation properly. I threw away the ice cream cone it was horrible. I wasted my money and they lost a valuable customer!
