Terrible! I don’t know if the people here are high or drunk but I waited 40 mins in line and I had already places the order onions for pickup. I asked if I can have extra shortcake and said I’d pay and the old lady said it’s against their policy??? Huh? F this place. It shouldn’t take 40 mins to give 5 people ice cream.
Great customer service. And I'm not an ice cream fan BUT OMG...THEY HAVE CONVERTED ME. LOVE THIS SPOT. PLUS EVERYONE WAS SO NICE IT FELT AS THOUGH I WAS AT "CHEERS" EXCEPT NOBODY KNEW MY NAME, THEY WERE JUST REALLY SWEET AND POLITE. (CUSTOMERS INCLUDED.)
May 7 2022 8:45 PM. Ice cream was good but what made the visit special was the young lady serving customers. She was friendly, sweet and efficient. Really made an impression on me. So much so I felt like writing about it. Keep up the good work.

I was bummed that they didn’t put a sufficient amount of Mix-ins. I thought they might all have ended up at the bottom, but I’ve eaten most of the quart we bought and it’s been pretty sparse, which is a huge bummer for a $15 carton of ice cream.. however, the workers are much kinder these days!
Best strawberry ice cream I’ve had in my life. No cap y’all have to come here on a cheat day. It’ll change your life. I’m actually sitting outside smiling like straight cheek to cheek smiling bc of this ice cream.
For the price my expectations car exceeded my experience. The ice cream was not even mixed in well with the ingredients and TBH the ice cream itself just wasn't very good, tasted like the freezer, service was less than impressive. Would not recommend!
This may be one of the worst Marble Slabs that I’ve been to. When I came in, no one greeted me or even acknowledged that I was standing in the establishment. I was the only customer in there at the time with 2 workers, so I wasn’t hard to miss. It wasn’t until I was about to walk out the door, that someone wanted to help and take my order. When they finally did serve my ice cream, it wasn’t what I asked for. I told them, and the staff acted like it was an inconvenience to remake when they were the ones who messed up the order to begin with. They were bothered with attitude and you could tell. Overall, didn’t enjoy my service and will not be coming back. Would NOT recommend.
