Cute find! Saw this little corner restaurant out of the corner of my eye!\\n\\nSuper nostalgic foods and the coconut water chicken soup is delicious! Was having some serious gastric flare-ups and this did the trick!\\n\\nDefinitely coming back to try the rest of the menu!
My favorite Sichuan Chinese place in all of Houston. The food is amazing- rice crusted spicy beef is my favorite, and all the stir fried veggies are great. The best part is that there is never a wait and the food comes out in a few minutes- the service is amazing! Parking can be tricky, you may need to find a spot in the outlet mall next door or on the street behind it as the parking lot out front is small.
Hidden little place. Very good seasoing. The cold pork spring rolls are a suprise, some people may we owerwhelmed by the intensity. Quick service. Worth it.
Picked a random spot close to the work hotel around 7pm on a weeknight and what a phenomenal choice.\\n\\nThe homemade mochi were served fresh and crispy with a delightful flaky crust and the most delicate airy chew. A light sugar syrup the perfect accompianment to the roasted fluff. More savory, less spiced, and less heavy than the French toast stick equivalent.\\n\\nFlavorful, incredible tender, and perfectly spiced Spicy Diver Fish had my mouth salivating and my nose sniffling.\\n\\nThe wintermelon was simple with that elusive combination of firm bite and watery dissolution. The seafood sauce perhaps a bit briney and off-putting with a claggy corn starch coating but likely traditional for those more used to the flavor combination.\\n\\nVery small dining room with only a trickle of patrons and a few to-go orders. Service was stellar. Multiple drink refills, repeated satisfaction checks, top notch experience. Wish I lived closer but perhaps others will read this and enjoy the same delightful dining option.\\n\\nThanks!
The chicken was seasoned and fried at a pretty good crisp. But every bite was a piece of heaven, no cap/lie. I would recommend you try this for your first time.
The 3 entre's we had were awesome. Unbelievably flavorful. Only complaints were you cant get an individual order of soup, only a large bowl to share for $18.. The eggrolls were literally the size of my thumb and tasteless and cost 4.50 for 2.
we had the screaming chicken, orange beef & beef temptation. all were unbelievably tasty. we left none. i have 2 complaints though. you cannot get an individual bowl of soup. soup is for shareing and $18 a bowl. the eggrolls are literally the size of my thumb and u get 2 for $4.50 and they are bland.
The amazing journey for your mouth. Chef with professional skills and the cuts make every bite perfect. Restaurant is clean and the waitresses are nice.
So glad there’s a great Chinese restaurant in the Greenway neighborhood! Mama’s Kitchen doesn’t disappoint! Great food, great service and best of all, real authentic flavors in their dishes!
Really impressed with the food! We’ve been to Mala Schezwan , Hu’s Cooking, Cooking Girl, and the food here is better! We had the Rolling juicy tofu with seafood, and a spicy chicken Cube were both excellent! Excellent service also! We will definitely return to try other dishes!
