Love how pupusas are not greasy! Food has been good.Only two downfalls their fruit juice barley has fruit and all juice. They never answer.
Food here is super fresh and great tasting. Pupusas are delicious. Flautas and caldos are good. This is the only place that makes the caldo de res like my mother makes it.
Mal servicio que bárbaro las empleadas todas jetonas la comida está bien pero enserio cambien de actitud y cuando uno llama nunca contestan entonces para ponen el número ??♀️ pase una hora tratando de hacer un pedido que mal yo no lo recomiendo es pérdida de tiempo
Food was good but serviced wasn't. Took an hour to get pupusas and a lot of other people got their pupusas WAY faster than we did. When I asked for a to go box the girl totally forgot about it.
Well the restaurant seems good and people they aiiiight, the horchata wasn't what I was expecting so I returned it sorry.
Great experience, awesome food, and customer service excellent. Will go by Everytime I am around Houston.
I’ve been eating at this restaurant since 2016 and most of the time the food is delicious and the service is great. Unfortunately for the past few months they have been dropping the ball in customer service and the quality of their food.. Today September 11, 2021 around 2 pm I attempted to call to place a to go order. I live about 15 minutes away and although there’s many other Salvadoran restaurants closer to me I have loyalty to this place. I called about 8 times. I’m not kidding, I called so many times and no response whatsoever. Since it’s Saturday it’s fair to assume that they might be very busy. I end up driving there since I’m not having any luck with placing an order over the phone. When I get there the place seems pretty empty. There’s about 5 servers just standing by the register. I walk in and greet them. I ask if the phone is working since I’ve called multiple times. They said yes it works. That automatically made me feel like they are purposely ignoring incoming calls… why have that option if you won’t answer the phone. After I place my order and wait I finally get my food. I drive home and proceed to get ready to eat. I took ONE bite out of my pupusa and a HUGE blonde hair comes out. I spit out the food. There were a few other pieces hanging from the bite I took. Super disappointing … I also noticed that they had other cooks in the back. From the times I’ve gone the cooks had always been this young man and a young lady with black curly hair. I did notice that the new cooks weren’t wearing any hairnets … this is why you have to wear hairnets!! Very disappointing experience and I can’t say that I will be coming back any time soon…
Always gone there for a good breakfast plate. Took my wife here recently and she is hooked with the fried corn tamales. ? yummy!!
Stopped in here Thursday 7/8 to treat someone special to authentic Salvadoran food and it did not disappoint. Everything was great. I will definitely be back.
Cant call to place order this is an on going issue. I thought maybe after a few years they would have addressed this issue but it seems like that's a big no. I wouldnt be surprised if the staff is the same with a nasty attitude. They are prejudiced Hispanics
