Always love Lupe Tortilla! Service was fast and very hospitable. Food was amazing as always. Only negative was it's my opinion the hostess needed a little more training.
I visit this location often for lunch. However about 3 weeks ago I was there and after my sever never returned with my credit card for about 30 min. It was determined she must have lost it or was committing fraud. I spoke to several employees and managers asking what’s going on, only to not receive any answers.. just blank stares. After an hour of waiting with no explanation I go into the kitchen I see everyone scrambling looking for my card. They finally admit it’s lost. After more waiting the lady at the door tells me she found it. At this point I don’t know what to believe. I’m livid and upset because clearly no one there has a lick of customer service. I spoke to 2 managers regarding the incident, a man and a woman. Had to cancel my card for fear of fraud. My disappointment is because of how this was handled and that they did nothing for my inconvenience. Never heard from them as a was promised I would. I even went back again to remind them no one contacted me. Clearly their concern is only taking your money!
One star from this long-time customer. The taste of their food is the best we've found in our neighborhood but my last carry-out order had hair in two of the meals and we found a hair in the chips so it grossed everyone out and ruined the entire meal. Love the food and this was the first time something like this has happened but it will give us pause in the future.
Accurate order! Fajitas were perfectly cooked. The manager checked on me to make sure I ok and he was supercool. Catherine was super courteous too!
Food was great, service was excellent! The flour tortillas are awesome but don’t sleep on the corn tortillas, they’re homemade and fantastic as well! Christopher heard My Uncle was here for the first time and brought out a taster plate! Gretchen was very attentive and an excellent server! We’ll be back!
Ordered the steak ranchero and it was very good; served very hot and a lot of flavor. Really liked the charro beans as well that come with the tortilla chips.
Lupe always has legit fajitas. You can never go wrong. I know they are known for their flour tortillas, but their corn are way better. Their lunch special fajitas are the best bang for your buck. This location didn’t have the best service. Children’s food came out last and the consistency of food was not great.
OMG!!! This place is sooooo yummy!!! This is a must stop when in Houston! Hector was our server and he was amazing! We will be back when we come back to town!
Did Sunday Brunch for the first time here. Barbacoa omlette for me, Breakfast burrito for wife, and a bottle of mimosas for us to share... Everything was awesome and priced well. Note the burrito is really big, in case you aren't sure, my wife brought 2/3 of it home after chops and mimosas?
They got rid of their crab enchiladas!??? Seriously is was the best thing on the menu and the whole reason we went. Alas, I got the shrimp and poblanos enchiladas. The cream sauce is to die for, but needed to be added to the inside. The edges of the enchiladas where the sauce had entered, were amazing. But the middle was a little dry. Also, interesting choice to leave the poblanos raw. I didn't hate it, but I think I'll get the fajita trio next time, like my husband did. The beef was the highlight of the night.
