I'm 52, and I was clearly the youngest person there. Felt like I needed a high chair and a shirt that says, "Ask me about my grandchildren!" Food was good.
No utensils, no napkins. All the to go containers had to be taped shut. And I pay an extra bagging/take out fee? The rolls are smaller. There is no longer butter. They have gone cheap and it shows. I don't think so.I'll pass.
I'm so glad this Luby's location has stayed open and is still here for many of us area workers looking for a fast but tasty & nutritious lunch! And all the employees are so helpful and friendly. Good job!
I pickup an early dinner for my family and the staff were very nice on helping me with my order,!!! The food was delicious and everyone were very happy with their order, my Beautiful Aunt specialty, was very happy too because she didn't have to cook!!! LOL!!!Thank You Luby's and your fabulous staff for cooking all that delicious food for us all!!!Yeah Buddy!!!
I hadn't been to Lubys in a long long time. Still as good as I remember. Staff is very friendly. Our Dinner was Delicious. Very comfortable atmosphere. We will ge going back.
I love this Lubys. Fresh and delicious all the times I've visited. The staff we know are very friendly and helpful. Though the waitress we had this time only came to see us for drinks only twice and we were there about an hour.Oh and yes clean restroom too. I either rarely go for breakfast. Lunch is the best! I either get the bacon cheese steak or the fish with dirty rice(delicious) or white rice and top it off with their delicious cheese cake to die for! I hope when you visit you have the same experience! They are the beat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❤❤❤❤❤
Came in at open with 20+ people. Last minute. They help set up everything rather quickly, put our birthday cake in the fridge. Helped with trays for toddlers and elderly. Cut a straw for our baby. Customer service is amazing! Thank you fro taking care of us!
Grilled Pork Chop with Sautéed Mushrooms, Squash and Zucchini, Cornbread Dressing is what was on my plate. I usually get the usual- Chicken Fried Chicken mash and corn however, today I wanted to try something new. The pork chop was very bland room temperature, vegetables had zero flavor and cornbread dressing was very watery with no flavor. Giving 3 stars because our server was very attentive, restaurant was clean, and their Chicken Fried Chicken is always delicious. ?
Good food, excellent food
I live very close to Luby's and I go there often when I don't fell like cooking I fell like they always cater to me and my guest to where as if anything wasn't right they would make it right it is a great place for seniors too especially getting the discount, come there and visit I promise you'll be satisfied. Some things I like at this one are liver and onions, dirty rice, dressing, cabbage (cooked down soft) cheesecake with the big gramcracker crust.
