great food and great service

So after 20 minutes away and we finally got drinks. Grisela kept getting orders wrong had to get more assistance. My family visits here often times so this visit was a disappointment. Not only was our reservation incorrect we were placed in the kids playground instead of the patio by the bar. Food that wasn’t ours was being brought from table to table. Our food being delivered to other tables and then brought to us. Only positive thing was the drinks we were able to get made correctly were good. With Covid at an all time high it’s very unsanitary and unhealthy. Not only after us informing one of the assistant managers that we would like to cancel our food that was visiting other tables and we were receiving other people food they were still piling random plates on our tables. They tried to charge us for untouched food. We finally were able to get the head manager on duty. He assisted with certain plates remakes, comping parts of the order. He is the only reason we will consider giving this location a try.

When we were seated at the the very back corner of the restaurant, I had a feeling service wouldn't be fantastic. When a manager sat across from our party of three, and was going through receipts, I had a feeling service wouldn't be fantastic. The salsas went very fast, and weren't refilled until the food came out. The waitress asked if I would like to have my tea refilled, and I said yes, so she took the glass. That was also when we requested more salsa. A waiter or busser came by, and asked if we needed more salsa, we stated we did, and he gave us a couple. The food was ok, but then became harder to enjoy waiting on the refill of tea. The waitress returned, and asked if we needed to go boxes, so I told her we do, and I'd like my tea brought back. She came back about five minutes later with the boxes, no tea, my wife asked for a margarita to go, and I asked for the check. She came back ten minutes later with the margarita, and the check, but still no tea. So, at that point I asked yo speak to the manager. She came back, and took the plates. Ten minutes later, she came back with another check, and a bag. She asked if we needed help bagging the leftovers, and I again told her I'd like to speak to the manager. A manager came to our table another ten minutes later, and I explained I had went the entire meal without my beverage, and the service was lacking. She said she'd make things right, and left to adjust the bill. While gone, the waitress returned and took the remaining chips and salsa, but still no tea. The manager came back, and had adjusted the $95 bill to $94. I asked if could pay in front since we were ready to leave, and became tired of waiting on them. I had my wife, and sister go out to the car while I paid. On the way to the front, from the back of the restaurant, I saw that elusive pitcher of tea sitting at a server's station...if only. I again told the manager I was very unhappy with the service, as well as the dollar off for inconvenience and wasted time, but would pay regardless just to leave and be done with this location. She did end up removing my meal from the bill, but I am still unsatisfied with our treatment, as well as the resolution. I'm not saying this will happen to others, but if you're being walked passed open sections, empty tables, and toward the back of the large restaurant, temper your expectations.

Hit and miss on food quality. When its good, it is good. But when it is average or low quality it sucks because the prices are way too high for Mexican food. This used to be my go to for Mexican food but several years ago they raised their prices way too high. Now I go 1 time a year just to check.Should give it 3 stars because they are way over priced.

We had a great meal. We order parrillada Delicioso and was more than enough for my mom, my sister and myself. Gabriel was very attentive and excellent server.

Our favorite for over 20 years. We remember when it was the only location in town! Closer to the courthouse!

This is the worst place we go for a Sunday dinner, and we come back home with my oldest son with ending on piece of wood with nails from play ground on his foot. When I ask to talk to manager she was trying to give me an excuse why they didn’t close play ground early and she even admit that the slide is broken. They didn’t even have a first aid for this situation they just offer me a bandage.

We love this restaurant! The food is always delicious. Everyone in the family has their favorite dish. The atmosphere is fun. The place is beautiful. I love it!
