If you like bugs in your food, then I recommend Longhorn to satisfy your cravings.Been going here for 7 years and today is and will unfortunately be my last day.I’m not even mad about the bug, I’m more mad about how the manager handled it.How did he handle it you might ask? Well he didn’t.All the server did was apologize and said the manager will come talk to you. (Which he never did) Even after waiting once I paid for my entire meal.I was very disappointed because I know they are better than that, but it seemed like it was an everyday thing to them.
Usually the service is ok and the wait time is acceptable. However this instance I went to lunch with my team and it was disappointing to say the least. We were served rock hard bread that seemed to be left overs. Our drinks were watered down and when we asked to exchange it, our server was apparently displeased and wasn't very attentive to our table at all. We watched her deliver exemplary service next to our table. But barely paid any attention to us. The food was ok. It's what you would expect. The experience would have been better if we weren't ignored and wasn't served attitude.
Service was good, albeit a little slow. Free ice cream for birthdays. Food was decent but was lukewarm when it got to our table.

Grabbed lunch with a few friends. Was disappointed due to not getting the bread/rolls you normally would when eating here. They stated they didn't have any yet the table next to had gotten some. Food was good over all. Not a bad place to eat.
The food was so good. Usually I take the time to remember pic, but after a short wait, I got so wrapped up enjoying my family and the atmosphere, I forgot. But let's talk anyway.Appetizer: stuffed mushrooms were great! The queso dip is good too.Dinner: Parmesan Crusted Chisken with Sweet Potato & Salad. (Tried the chowder, but it wasn't what my taste buds anticipated) The Outlaw is really big, juicy & tinder with Potato Soup. (The mac needed a little more cheese and pepper) Also, the onion bloom as a side is terrific with the burger.Drinks: Texas Tea & Perfect Margarita(Strawberry Flavor)
Really friendly service and great food. The steak queso was delicious. The ribeye steak was seasoned and tender. The Old Fashioned was on point.
They never let me down. I feel like they are one of the best chain steakhouses, if not the best. They do not disappoint when it comes to a quality cut of beef, taste, texture. Overall you cant go wrong!
Large portions! The salad is large and more than just lettuce. The shrimp appitizer was awesome and we almost filled up on just these 2 things! I highly recommend! Great service, too!
Absolutely the best food and service. This was our first time coming here, and they didn't disappoint. Our waitress Codie T. Was AMAZING !!Definitely gained new customers. Thank you
