My friend raved about the popcorn chicken here and not the boba, so of course i had to try both. I got thai tea as it was one of the few flavors available and it was too sweet for me. If you are into very strong drinks you might like this, but this is definitely the strongest thai tea I've had in a long time. The popcorn chicken is average. No place has yet to beat my favorite at kims teahouse and the tapioca house. However, if you want a quick snack, it is fine.
Love this place! We always try to stop by when in Houston. I definitely wish we had a location in Fort Worth!The Royal Artichoke at half sweetness is perfect for a hot day with fruit jelly, basil seeds and the fresh Artichoke tea. Yum.
Super fast and friendly service. The Cafe Sua Da was absolutely delicious. Strong, just the right amount of sweet and perfect price/size. The drive through is a convenient bonus but the counter service was so quick and polite that it's worth going inside.
Wow what a perfect drink. Iced matcha latte with coffee. No longer going to Starbucks for my matcha drink. Amazing!

First time here, and they were helpful with ordering suggestions. The outside patio area is distanced enough to feel comfortable and have quiet conversation. The umbrella at the table is sufficient to break the heat if there's a wind.
Their Frozen Cafe Sua Da is what dreams are made of...I know everyone comes here for the Royal Artichoke, but I always make sure to get the frozen Cafe sua da...the texture isn't icey...goes down smooth...and just delicious
My go to tapioca place, but the price had increased way too much...I understand the current inflation and they're trying to be competitive with hundreds of other places in China Town but it's a bit much, $5.85 for a simple milk tea WITHOUT topping...
Order a durian avocado smash but out of durian is fine , the avocado is so water with ice don't see any avocado, even feel the avocado is smash at all.
Quick in and out for a vietnamese iced coffee cafe sua da. Quite good one in Houston Bellaire.
