The store owners are SOOO nice and very helpful, and the dumplings are FAR better than the generic dumplings other restaurants normally serve. They look and taste homemade, and they are cooked to order, so they're always hot and fresh! I love all the dumplings, but the veggie ones are my absolute favorite!! Try this little dumpling spot out STAT! You will not be disappointed!
The food is uncommonly fresh, not oily, and not salty. This is a newish cafe restaurant and the decor shows it. Given what I’ve just noted, I’d expect prices to be higher but they aren’t. This would be a great lunch spot for people new to Taiwanese food or really anyone. Strong five stars for me.
I would like to say the food here is the best I have eaten. I visit here from Atlanta every week and this is where I eat , and to be honest I don’t eat anything until I get to this restaurant. I will be trying everything on the menu. And the owner is a very sweet lady whom I enjoy getting to know who greets me with respect and love , which is in the food. So if you want great noodles and dumplings this is your place. For real.
The pork dumplings were fantastic! Full of flavor and paired beautifully with the slightly vinegary dipping sauce. The dumplings were juicy and perfectly chewy. The restaurant was nice and clean and the owner was so sweet! These were a steal for the price and can be very filling! There can be a little bit of a wait, just because these are freshly made dumplings ? but so worth it. Highly recommend you check it out! You won’t regret it!
The food was fantastic! We got the veggie dumplings and the wonton noodle soup. Everything had a great flavor and tasted very authentic and high quality. The restaurant looked very clean and the manager was so nice! Definitely recommend!! The menu is very limited, but they do it VERY well. Also super reasonably priced and good portion sizes ?
Order 1 chicken soup, 1 pork dumpling, 1 chicken dumplings. All were good. I definitely preferred the pork dumpling more but I think that's more of a personal preference. The wait is at least 15 minutes for your food to come out so I wouldn't go there if you are in a rush! The restaurant is clean and nice. It's self service for silverware and water.
Amazing food. Fresh and prepared to order. Not expensive at all. Squeaky clean!! I'm coming back!!

Ling Long Dumpling Noodle House has the BEST homemade chicken, pork and vegetable dumplings in Houston/Katy area! Everything is delicious! We tried the Wonton Soup, Tomato egg drop soup, pork dumplings and sweet and sour soup! I highly recommend this gem! They are more than friendly! I just love them! They make you feel so welcomed! I brought my dad whom has Alzheimer’s and he can get pretty difficult but not here he loved the food! Yayyyyy! It was a great date with dad.
This is a hidden gem in Katy serving Chinese/Taiwanese dumplings and noodle soups. Service was quick and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
