Wish i would’ve gave this place a better rating. The only redeeming quality was the friendly waitress who took my order and one out of my three tacos tasted good (shrimp one) . The worst was the fajita steak breakfast taco, it was so bad I had to return it to the store because the beef had a very bad odor from it. Not sure if they gave me old meat, the restaurant wasn’t even busy then. Went back in and they gave me a replacement barbacoa (it was ok) . Wouldn’t go here again, spent $17 + $3 tip , and ended up nauseated. Also please give me more napkins, I was given two small measley napkins which were stained already .

Extremely small tacos, not much flavor and one were warm. Chips and salsa, chips warm, Salas not worth it including the hot salsa. Had to ask for napkins and silverware. Place has not very busy, so no treason yo forget the basics. One employee behind the bar was eating what o believe was a candy bar and blowing loudly into the Port of his phone, possibly to remove dust. This was right in front of me while I was eating. Honestly I could forgive all issues if the food was worth it. This place is not worth it for me.... Authentic look unauthentic taste.

First of all, the restaurant is very clean and inviting. I have really enjoyed the experience at Liberty Taco. The flavors and spice in the food is excellent. The spice and flavor of the Taco sauce depending on your taste, is definitely on a perfect level for /vary spicy / to mild and very flavorful. The fusion menu that they have is definitely on point ? and very flavorful. They also have original taste as well that will definitely stop your cravings. The restaurant has been enjoyable every time I have made a order. Thank you Liberty Taco and staff. See ya next time. ?

The food was great, food was delivered fast, and we made the option of eating outside. Unfortunately, a pair of women made the choice of curbside pickup, and as they waited, they smoked next to us, and their stupid cigarettes ash flew into our food, seeing that it was windy and the weather was really nice. Luckily, we were almost finished, but that really ruined our almost perfect day. If you smoke, please be respectful of others if you want to kill yourself with that nasty habit; do it away from others. We made the choice not to say anything to keep the peace; there's so much hatred and selfishness in the city, and if we said something, my girl would have ripped them a new one. We made the choice to be a better person. There is too much violence in our city with lots of many loving and giving people, except a few that make it hard to enjoy what the city has to offer. It would have been a five-star, but the experience at the end, really ruining our day. We told one of the workers, but they didn't do anything and wish they did, but at the end, the peace was maintained, so we moved on. We will probably go again in a month. The nacho and cheese is really good, highly recommended.

It's alright and they certainly have an interesting variety of taco flavors. However it's definitely not close to competing with an authentic taco place. They're sort of designer tacos that are slightly over priced. The flavors are ok if that's what you're into but it feels like they tried to over engineer the food. The salsa needs work but the cheese dip was not bad.I believe tacos should be inexpensive and have a simple but rich flavor. In my opinion, they missed both of those points.

First time at liberty taco today. Love the option to replace tortillas with lettuce wraps. I had the Baja Shrimp Tacos and they were delicious. Food is affordable, service was great, and bathroom was clean. Will be returning!

We are from Oregon and in town for a week. Needed a quick lunch and found Liberty tacos. Outstanding tacos! My favorite was the Liberty steak taco. Tender steak, so much flavor and onions and cilantro, etc. the brisket taco was a close second. Highly recommend this place for a quick bite of great food to eat.

One of the easiest transactions ever. Searched food places close to the worksite I was at and this place had good reviews. Ordered 2 tacos and rice/beans off the menu thru Google, went straight there and the food was ready about 2 min after I arrived (7 min total). Very clean place, VERY fresh food and a great atmosphere!! You need to stop by this place and try their barbacoa!!

This place is so good and underrated, and the staff is so friendly. I regularly get breakfast tacos from here. Today I tried their brisket quesadilla, and it's delicious. For a half order of the quesadilla, a side of rice and beans, pico de gallo, and tip, it was about $12. If you get breakfast tacos, add beans. You won't be disappointed.

Got breakfast tacos here and was mostly disappointed. The bacon was 90% fat. None of the tacos had enough cheese. I’m not even sure they added cheese. The tortillas were just ok, but not homemade like I was hoping. On a positive note, the chorizo and jalapeño sausage was good. Just wish they had more cheese.
