Chicken is delicious. The steamed vegetable were over cooked & soggy, the beans, fries, & plantains we’re all bland and just ok. Customer service was poor as I walked in and stood in front of the cashier and she completely ignored me until I addressed her. Will likely Order the chicken again but we’ll probably make our own side dishes.
I got food poisoning from this restaurant. It was the worst food poisoning I've ever had to the point where I thought I was going to die. The symptoms started 6 hours after consuming food (Chicken Saltado) from this establishment. Reading the reviews, I don't know how they're still in business given that I wasn't the only one who got food poisoning from their food. The health department should intervene.

My first time ?? I ordered the tallarin saltado, my dish was very soupy, it didn't look like the image on the menu. The Margarita was a complete joke, it taste like lime Kool-Aid.
I love the chicken's flavor but My father ordered a Ceviche it didn't have a taste, it was simple. Fries were not fresh. However, Customer service was good, the girl in the front was very helpful and friendly
Great chicken, i minus 1 star because their idea of half a chicken is removing the joining part, example giving you two leg with thighs and cutting out the middle portion(bone) or giving you two wings with breadt abd removing the bone in the back center. I order through Door Dash and they serve it hot, and tasty!!!!!
ABSPLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Sent incorrect order for delivery, food was burnt, and picked over, my entire order was missing! Called the store for a manager, of course he/she is never there! And they are selling EXPIRED FOOD! I have a chocolate cheesecake (I didn't order) and it expired 3/26/22, today is 4/1/22! Somebody is going to be real sick. I'm calling the Health department on this!
If I could I would give them negative stars. Careful what you order. I ordered black beans and chicken with some fried rice. The rice was hard, chicken had no taste and to top it off the beans didn't seem right. My whole family got food poisoning. I called the next day and was told to go to the doctor and he would consider giving me a credit not even a refund if I would bring a doctor's note. All for $32, I'm in awe. OMG seriously??????
Huge portions. -flavorful and tender chicken over charcoal. Sides are all wholesome. Fried yuca and plantains are well made, chufa is very good as well. The signature sauces are slightly underwhelming.
Decided to give this place a try since it’s very close to my house and I go to the target behind it very frequently. I really wanted to like this place. First of, I ordered 20mins in advance and still had to wait 30 mins inside the establishment for my food. Mind you, they weren’t even busy. At one point a cook from the kitchen came to the register to tell the owner they were out of everything. And she wasnt lying, they didn’t even have lids for their cups, wouldn’t be such a big deal for dine in, but for to go orders that can be a mess. All that aside, I am willing to overlook as long as the foods good, right? Wrong! Fried rice was bland, flavorless. Yuca was not crunchy, chicken tasted like regular store bought, nothing special. Sad to say won’t be going back. Two starts because the owner was nice and I could see he was trying. I’ve worked in the service/restaurant industry for many years and know it’s not easy. Best of luck to them
