2nd time here and food was awesome both times. Place is clean and great customer service even though they speak very little English.
This amazing place has such an authentic vibe. I was not disappointed in the slightest. The hostess had such a welcoming personality and was energetic to satisfy my vegetarian choices. The food was a touch of home for me and when I come back to visit houston...I will come here first. You can't go wrong with this place check it out, you'll love it, and so will your taste buds. Amazing place.
The food was simply delicious, honest and authentic.We decided to have feast yesterday: boiled yucca with garlic sauce (divine), pastel de carne (perfect), camarones empanizados (only the shrimps. perfect), palomilla and higado with fried eggs on top as main dishes. When you get the perfect bite with beef/higado with rice, eggs and black beans, it is heaven, pure heaven!We are glad that new management kept the quality of the service and food.We will be back many times.

Food was delicious! Our group was not fluent in Spanish but the server was extremely patient with our ordering and everything came out perfect. Food came out a little staggered but that was okay because it was all hot and super fresh.
