Apathetic people. Sticky bathroom floor. Inconsistent food quality. Avoid this location and avoid frustration. Pre-pandemic this place was a caring, thriving seafood place with employees who cared about you. For instance on my first visit, I was too tired and hungry to think. The employee ordered for me a fabulous supper of boiled shrimp and stuff. I kept going back for more until one day my shoes stuck to the floor in the bathroom. I reported it. No one cared. So I started doing takeout. The other day my order got messed up. I went through it twice. No reason to get it wrong but okay. The thing of it was no one apologized. No one offered to make it right. Apathy, grime and frustration is on the menu here. Better luck.
*safety concern for management to change faucets in women's bathroom as they have mold all around it. [Very dirty and nasty and unhealthy]I just hope no where else in the restaurant has mold. I also hope that they actually clean....The crayfish was delicious! The only reason I did not give 5 is for the mold issue.
When this place first opened I ate here weekly. The past two years their pick-up orders have severely tanked!! You will literally order a flavor to get home and try it then find out it’s completely different!! This happened to me 5 times! Not to mention you ask for head on shrimp and it’s the opposite. If you call they’ll MAYBE apologize and office you 10% off. I’m sorry but gas is too high to turn back around and what about the inconvenience of it all?! I’m done. I can’t waste anymore bread on this place.
Uhh not what I expected kinda like eating microwave fish and shrimp rubber texture and the WORD JUMBO generally means larger than large ok The shimp were medium let's be real here it's not the worst but will I drive out of my way for it absolutely not and not a good day or thanks from girl sitting at counter ,
Food tastes great. Red Beans and Rice could use some improvement. It was very soupy! Poor packaging for delivery. Needs to be properly secured and wrapped to avoid spills and prevent delivery drivers from opening your food. Also they only give a small container of salad dressing for a huge salad!!!! Like who does that?
These are the biggest dummies I’ve ever dealt with. None of them can read. And don’t know their own menu. I ordered a grilled shrimp poboy which is an actual option on their menu. I got a fried shrimp poboy and the staff is unhelpful. These idiots offered me 10% off or to come get the order redone. If I ordered delivery then I don’t want to come out. They are straight trash and I will never order from them again.
Was honestly surprised how good it was! We got a lb of crawfish and a lb of shrimp in house seasoning (yum) with corn and potatoes. Will def be back!
Good very good very flavorful just don’t get spicy if your taste buds aren’t up to par because they mean spicy when they say spicy , it’s on a different level , otherwise FIRE ?
