Really good food, no complaints on the taste. We frequently eat here. Just lately seems like portions have become smaller, specially on the bbq mix and chicken katsu. Not the usual L&L big portions that I'm used to.

We have been to several L&L's and it's the next best thing to being in Hawaii where we love plate lunches. I got the small hamburger patty (2) with rice and macaroni salad (which I love) and hubby got larger teriyaki beef. It was all very good.

The quality for this place has really gone down the drain. I was able to put up with the rude cashier before because the food was good. But now chicken is not as good and vegetables suck. They are gave me this small portion for the same price.

Unfortunately this has lost its touch with both portion and ratio on the chicken bowl. Gone are the days of the chicken bowl, not it’s a rice bowl. I would rather pay more and get the bigger bowls y’all USED to serve, then have to pay this and get a rice bowl. The bbq chicken is so good, so serve some on the bigger bowls

All I can say is GOD DANG!!! The food was absolutely incredible! They put their foot in that macaroni salad, let me tell you. I got the seafood platter with BBQ Chicken. I was literally full and still eating it was so dang good. I WILL be coming back! Customer service was amazing BTW and it was very clean inside.

My friend is from the native lands and was very excited to share this comfort food with me. We drove over an hr to get there. There was a line so we assumed it was going to be good. They were out of EVERYTHING. The only options were fish or shrimp and very basic pork or beef. I am very unhappy with the experience. The person at the counter did not have anything to say about why they were out of the items not could they offer anything off the menu and we fumbled through five or six meal options and they were out of them all. Do not waste your time. The vegetables were obviously previously frozen...steamed and tasted like water. The beef was dry and very fatty. I would say get the pork and cabbage but I would not make a trip for it. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered the BBQ chicken plate. It was bland, flavorless chicken, and macaroni that tasted like vomit. For the price of $14 it is mediocre at best. I could make better “barbecue” chicken at home. Panda Express has better chicken and it’s half the price and twice as good. For $14 you can eat something delicious elsewhere. It’s basically a scam. I would rather eat a lunch from a high school cafeteria than come back here.

Came by to L&L 02/24/22 for the first time to pick up some dinner and I must say it's okay. The establishment is very clean and nice in there. The employees are very welcoming and polite. The only 2 things I didn't like and had an issue with was that the menu on the website does not have pictures of the plates nor does it tell you what sides it comes with and that's a problem to me. No one should have to call the restaurant and ask what sides come with the plates. My other issue was the ribs I got were so tough and full of fat. It was very hard to chew and enjoy my food. I feel that their website and menu options should be updated to the point where you know exactly what you are getting with your meal and also be able to choose your sides. Please don't take this review so negative the food still had great taste and great portions and I do recommend this location but I would like for the ribs to be much more tender and not so tough and the website updated.

Food always cooked well and taste great. The portions are always plentiful, would prefer more sides though.

Exactly flavors I was expecting. So yummy from the comb mixed platter to the chkn katsu salad even to the kids cheeseburger meal. It was giant. Great portions. Have to come back to this place.
