This store nice. Clean and good customer service. Wine department is spectacular. Great selections but when they have special of 20 percent these nice wines are a great value but warning when you ring up the the 6 or more bottles you get first 10 percent off then another 10 percent off the reduced price. If you buy several bottles you can get cheated out of several dollars. Please correct this in the check out register. Great store.
Oh, it's so nice to see that cashier John is still working here!Who is cashier John? He is the one who was humiliating my wife, suffering from PTSD, last winter for not wearing a mask (medical exemption). He was also the one who was inciting other customers against her. And he was also a brave man (very typical for short week men) who was pounding our toilet paper with his old fist.Since then, we've spent exactly 0.00 $ in Kroger, until today.Please, call HEB and tell them to name cashier John "Worker of the Year", because instead of buying at Kroger - we were buying everything at HEB.I'm also delighted to know that cashier John still has a high fighting spirit as he knows that he is obviously sharing the values of Kroger: blunt discrimination of people with disabilities in the name of the Cult of Covid.

We have shopped at a Kroger for the last decade but something has seriously gone downhill with the service and hospitality I have always been able to respect.Yesterday, we had the absolute worst experience here. We called the store to address the issue but no one answers the phone. The 3 managers we brought the issue up with when we drove back 3 different times genuinely didn’t care. Jose, Danny, and the Hispanic woman that works behind your “Customer Service” should all be retrained or demoted to a position where their negative attitude does not affect the general public.
It’s a small Kroger but they have many goodies and products are fresh! I got bunch of yummy looking fruits ? and excited to try them!Nice and clean although it seems like an older building. Well maintained! Thus come visit and get your needs! Cheers
I went in for a few items and got what I needed.My experience was good.I like this location it is convenient to my work so I stopped in on my way home. I got a few items and I was back on the freeway in no time to go home. I got the salmon because I was wanting some and pretty much when I buy salmon I always get it from Kroger. I also got me some seaweed to snack on it was so so good. I really enjoyed it so I probably will buy me some more in the future. The service of the cashier that was helping me was very helpful. I did want to give me some beyond meat and it was on sale but they couldn't locate it in the store and they couldn't locate how much it was so I left it there.I do like and recommend this location. They do have a large stock of things that some of the other ones sometimes don't have.The only thing I really really hate about Krogers is they never have enough cashiers to check you out so that's a big bummer sometimes it deters me from going there to shop.
If I could give this Store 0 Stars, I would. I visited this store after work. I purchased all the grocery on my list, went to checkout and had to bag my own grocery. I usually don't mind doing it but while I was bagging a young man, with a red/maroon vest on, approached the cashier asking about a personal cellphone charger. He seen me bagging and left. Then I noticed the young man, with the Fluorescent Lime vest on, that was suppose to be bagging; talking and hiding behind the candy rack. Oh he did come, after I bagged everything (10 bags, the cashier bagged 2) and placed my bags in the basket. He pushed the basket to me and said, "Have a nice day." Didn't offer to bring my grocery to my car or nothing. Very Poor Service. The Manager need to have an in-service regarding Customer Service and give proper training.
