I needed help and sympathy got neither I simply needed to return a blood pressure machine bought 6/26 that has been giving different readings every time so not accurate so I could purchase groceries and Tylenol for my mother who just had heart surgery we have been customers since I was in high school but when we needed a 34.99 refund on an item you decided we were not worth the trouble today. I am hurt and disappointed. The stress level is so high most of us still unemployed and sick

Rude self scan cashier. She was older with long gray hair and glasses over her nose. Talking me rudely when I made a mistake then went and complained as I watched her to her manager. She was not nice nor helpful. Just rude she needs to not work with customers or people especially in the grocery store if you’re going to have an attitude. Whatever your issue is lady it is not my fault and maybe you need some chic Fil a customer service training. She should have had the night off. I spoke with Carlos the on duty manager and Will was the other red vested manager working that night. I do not appreciate her attitude and should not have to deal with it when I come to the store.
