Racist manager who treat black people very wrong.
This location has a manager name Philip. Philip is rude and racist. I have notice him treating several African Americans customers rude. My family and I go to location at least 5 times a week because it is 2 minutes from the house. Today I went shopping there were several items that required digital coupon. I had to stop shopping and try to add the items to my profile; it didn't work. The young lady that rung me up was no help. So I decided to speak with the manager Ph

So I decided to speak with the manager Philip whom was talking to another employee when I walked up. Philip didn't acknowledge my present which I thought was rude but then I informed him about digit coupon error. Philip could care less what I was saying to him. I notice the cashier while I was waiting to speak to Philip add the discount to another lady purchase (she was not black). When I brought this to Philip attention his response was she can't add the digital coupon discount. At this time I am like really because we both just heard the customer say thank you to cashier for adding the discount. I will be definitely be contacting someone at the corporate office. Also get some flyers together and reach out to other Africian Americans customers that has experience Philip racist behavior towards African Americans. Also, contact the local news. If we have to have a peaceful protest then I will make sure the BLM organization is there. Something has to be done about Philip and others like him. Black people send their money at this location just like white people and we shouldn't be treated any differently because of the color of our skin. I am tired of just ignoring it and going to another Krogers. Why should I have to? I live in this neighborhood and shouldn't have to drive extra 10 to 15 minutes, when I am literally 2 minutes away. I say this to Krogers if you are okay with Philip treated your African Americans customers as if we are beneath him, then shame on you for allowing this racist behavior.

I just want to say that if you’re going to offer mobile payment as an option I feel that being that Apple Pay needs to be added as a form of payment. You only accept Samsung phone users ONLY and Apple iPhones are a popular phone as well of choice as well!!!!!

My wife and I snuck away to go grocery shopping without all the kids. Date night!!! They didn’t call for clean up on isle 3 when I kissed my bride so they were very accommodating. Seriously. It’s the only place we shop. Great experience and always clean and friendly.
