Very dissatisfied with the food and service. Our bill was over $200 for 3 boil bags, 3 daiquiri. We were the only three patrons dining in the restaurant, and were required to pay when you place your order and 15% gratuity was also added. The crabs were very small and over cooked. One boil bag was missing an egg, and all eggs were undercooked. The corn was overcooked. We ordered wet lemon pepper fries, they brought out regular fries. The waitress did nothing to earn 15% gratuity! After bringing the food out, she never checked back, we didn't see her again until she came to clean the table as we were leaving. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand ?

We took my mom here for her birthday and it turned out to a surprise for all of us. It was like a pinata. You won't know what you get until go inside of it. They have some amazing drinks (if you like to indulge). The food was great. The was excellent and friendly.
Paid $112 dollars for over cooked shrimp over cooked corn watery sauce. Came for the crawfish apparently they only sell it on the weekends. They didn’t have the colossal crab, garlic bread, hi-C,salt I was scared to ask for anything else. We got the wet lemon pepper fries they were pretty good nice and hot. Needed a lil more lemon flavor but I went to the car and got a salt packet that helped. Also the daqs weren’t bad along with the music. It’s kinda hot but could be bc the weather has been colder lately and today I was on the warmer side and the lady at the front was nice so a good strong two stars is all I can give but I tried it and won’t be back… I’ll stick to Seafood Connection

At this particular location the food was horrible. The fish was fried entirely too hard, the fries were hard, the bread/roll was hard as well, the shrimp were ok. While sitting in the restaurant the grease from the kitchen fumes were burning my eyes. The food was not cooked in fresh grease. The alcohol drink I ordered called the leg spreader, had no alcohol in it at all! We had to wait a long time for our food then had to send the food back to be remade. The other location had more servers, this one only had 1 named Ebonee. The other location was 100 times better, and the food was delicious at the other location. I drove from Dallas to Houston for the weekend, and was excited about revisiting this restaurant only to find out the other location is closed & this was the only one open. I will not be back at this location at all. Hopefully the reopen this location 10852 Westheimer Rd.
Ordered a seafood bundle and crabs were extremely small and had parasites (eggs) on them!! I was also ordered extra items that were not in my bag. Place was good when they first opened now they are trash. Do not recommend. If you can’t sell good quality items, discontinue them until you can sell them right. I called to tell them about the items and they said they could only refund 25%. Very Very disappointing.
First time going it amazes me my so it was better than I expected the food was good it was hot fresh and good I had the fish drink so good and then we went the owner they were very nice everybody look back and the staff was amazing I will come back because the food taste good I asked for not to be spicy because I am allergic to spicy and it came out perfect thanks for being such a nice guest and the hostess she was very nice and thank you I will be back soon

Krab Queenz was delicious! Me and my aunt seen it and decided to make a day to stop by. We looked at the reviews and decided to try it, for those complaining about the spice level in the reviews never had REAL Louisiana flavor before. The sweet corn was so good I went back and ordered another one. I recommend you order the mood juice with your meal it was tasty. The Dj was ???? I had a great experience
