Front desk is rude and doesn’t seem to like working there. Moreover , the lounge is Very underwhelming lounge - the womens bathroom is dingy and has no feminate products. The food is mediocre. The space is dark and small- this Lou ge services KLM along with Quatar and emirates - very disappointing uso ese class lounge.
Very kind staff here, helped me get my cell phone back when I'd accidentally left it there! (Pink lunch box lady, thanks so very much for going the extra mile for me!)Excellent choices of snacks and eatables, plus staff served alcohol if you drink, and plentiful choice of soft drinks,coffees and teas. A happy place to visit before you fly!
Nice lounge with good options! Love the fresh fruit and veggies (avocado and tomatoes), plus wine and spirits!
This LADY on the front of the counter is so rude and disrespectful. My parents were inside and it was 10min till 6. I am an American priority pass member and she refused to let me in and sit with my family. Crazy how rude she was even before I came up to her she didn’t even smile or greet. She should be fired
Decent lounge, poor service. I've been here a few times and they have small but decent food options and drinks are good. Today, I was told they were full when the lounge was pretty open. I was told they had to reserve the lounge for a future flight that was landing and had lounge guests. I only needed 20 minutes which was still before that future flight would land but was still told no. Disappointed I purchased priority pass and couldn't even use it
Important tip: if you are using PriorityPass, use this lounge before 11 am, then you have to go to Air France lounge.Another tip: tip the staff! ❤️Staff is amazingly helpful and makes you feel very comfortable.
Great lounge, actually my favorite at IAH. Smaller than some of the big lounges like United club lounges, but the seats are comfortable, the snack and food selection is small but decent, and the drink selection is small but it's everything you need!
Nice clean lounge with a small food area and chairs with charging stations. Nothing special but no complaints
They had a good selection of food, soft drinks and alcohol. Their coffe was pretty good, the space was large enough. That it didn't feel crowded. I needed to get some work done, and I was very productive here. I'd take a half star because there were not as many power outlets as you normally would expect, but I found a place askinf the staff.
Everything was great, the only problem is that they open until 8am, for an Airport Lounge is very late.
