Really nice staff and easy-to-use tablets for ordering.

Previously I had an experience that was beyond KUM control . At first I was upset but decided to try them again because the food is always delicious and the Customer service is the best. The manager Steven is Super Awesome and takes care of his customers. I appreciate the staff and would recommend KUM to everyone.

You know how you've had some awful customer service experiences that just stands out for a long time? Luckily, I don't have a lot of these types of memories but Kitchen United MIX is one. Really, ineptitude, lack of reasonableness, and technological failings wrapped in one tightly knit package. A combination of bad luck and poor management.I placed my order at around 8:42, though of course i was on the website for at least five minutes prior going through the checkout process. Kitchen MIX has 10 or so restaurants. The most well-known of the bunch, Burn's BBQ, closes at 8 while the rest of the restaurants close later. As a result, since their taking orders deadline is 8:40 (I did not know this at the time), I wasn't able to put my order in even though I started my order before the cut-off.It's essentially like you call to place an order, the person on the other end takes down your order and customizes it for you, until at the last moment, they tell you they can no longer take your order. I know that from a dev perspective, this may take a lot of work to fix but it does lead to a poor customer experience. As a result, I had to place an order at the other restaurants. To create a more seamless experience, have the BBQ spot close down at the same time as everyone else. Don't allow flexibility in this case. When I arrived in person, I tried to ask for Burn's BBQ to see what they could do for me, but the "manager" there was quite rude and argumentative. She didn't handle the situation with grace and poise. Some customer service training would be helpful for sure.Beyond the technological and timing snafu, the execution is also severely underperforming. I asked for one of my sandwiches to be without onions, lettuce, and mustard. They kept off the onions and mustard but kept the lettuce on. They ended up making me a new sandwich so I waited for a fresh order but she once again put lettuce on there! Ineptitude to the point where it seemed intentional. As a new business, they have a lot of kinks to work out to show customers the experience they deserve. Cool idea but flawed.

It's cheaper to get groceries than go out. Many also don't go to the store until they are hungry. Solution - go to the store and get food for the next time while getting something hot and ready to eat now. Yes, there are still some kinks to work out in the new concept but overall it assuages the guilt of you should cook at home because at least you prepared for it.

Overachieving project. Very underperforming. SLOW. Staff unprepared to manage volume of orders. Be ready for a wait and not great service.

Unfriendly and poorly trained service, no time expectations set, long wait for simple food, items out of stock changed, MASSIVE food waste with wing sauce put on the side in big tubs and not tossed, some of the food was cold… also very overpriced. Operations like this are a disservice to all customers, vendors, and employees. Someone way up the chain needs to be replaced because despite the promising concept, execution is a complete failure. Will check back another time and update review.

I was not pleased with the way they left my food down stairs at counter. Some one looked in bag, as they passed by. Office was closed. Asked them to call me when they got here. I had to call them, too another hour to finally tell me it was done stairs. I live on 7 the floor of apartments. Left apt #. They didn't even bring it up. Know don't think i will try them again.

I hope this stays. I got fuddruckers and it was awesome! Same bread, same meat, same fries! Can't wait to try the other places. Might not get mr. Wish there was an option for no pickles on mr. Beast burger. It was only 4 stars instead of 5 because I didn't get my cheese sauce I ordered. Other than that, it was just like getting fuddruckers.Update: fuddruckers is never available to order, sadly. Only thing I get from there.

Love kitchen mix
