I love Kim’s tea house I come here often it’s just very disappointing that they only follow the rules some times they say their kitchen closes at 9:15 but I promise u they’ll turn you away at 9:10 or 9:13 idk it’s just the principle rules shouldn’t apply only when the employees fill like it that sad part is on this particular night I had tried calling them since 9pm but the phone didn’t even ring at all I tried calling 6 times but when I called at 9:30 it rang it was like they put the phone on do not disturb
There drinks are so good and they Also have a wide action of drinks and food and that vibe in place was nice and great for work and they also have a CLAW MACHINE too!!! Over all it was great?
Love love there drinks! such a great place to come & hang out do some computer work & just relax. Affordable drinks! & great customer service :) my siblings love there drink it’s always a must to come here for a yummy drink!
Favorite boba spot!!! All the drinks are good, but I come for the snacks ? spicy calamari, basil chicken, and fries are always amazing

The popcorn chicken was absolutely terrible. The texture was like pork, I’m convinced it was pork or rat meat. Idk why people are lying saying it’s good I had do spit it out and ask the manager what meat was used. Other than that the smoothies are amazing ! And service was great. Manager had a bit of an attitude, but the honeydew melon smoothie was so good I didn’t let it bother me. Probably won’t be back unless I want another smoothie.

I went here on Sunday, and a girl with a red cap was being rude. I felt rushed because she seemed annoyed. I did not understand why customers are getting treated like this when we pay for our drinks. I left a tip because I felt generous, but overall I would not come back because of her. It was not a welcoming experience and the drink was not as good as I remembered. Never coming back. Don’t waste your time coming in here.

I've always loved Kim's teahouse. Great environment. Great food. And their winter Mellon milk tea is bar none (as is their popcorn chicken).Just lost my phone and the worker there went above and beyond helping me find it!
