First time ordering here, food was bland and the cream puffs were horrible!! Over fried, almost burnt, dry cream and looked nothing like puffs....very dissatisfied ?

This place used to be really good. I got a bowl of pho, half of it was liquid, very little meat or noodles. It was just ok. When I went to pay, it was $13. Vietnamese food is supposed to be cheap. I know there's inflation, but I know several other places that I can get better pho for like $9.

I came here today with a co worker to have lunch, and we both ordered a grilled pork banh with a fried egg and the server was taking our orders only to find out he came out with a hot bowl of pho and no banh mi. The food wasn’t flavorful and it wasn’t worth the price of the quality of the food. The food was way better back then with the older owners but now not as much. They forgot my fried egg, they gave us the wrong order and nothing just came out well. I honestly don’t know how this place has good reviews but it is indeed Americanized.

Idk how this place has such good reviews. Maybe most of the people reviewing have never had real authentic Vietnamese food because the food was very Americanized, plain, and overpriced considering the poor food quality. I ordered pho dac biet (combination of all meats) and they did not give me much of anything and the brisket was very tough. I had to add a lot of stuff to the broth to make it flavorful and they were very stingy with the basil. My mom ordered bun bo hue and it did not come with pork blood curds or ham hock which is a huge red flag when ordering bun bo hue. Saddens me that another Asian restaurant won’t add the “weird stuff” to make it appetizing to Americans. It just shows how non authentic the food is.

For YEARS we have been going to Kim's. The food has always been the best. The owner decided to open a second location and no longer pays attention to his first and best. The people that have taken it over have run it into the ground. The portions are cut in half, the quality has been cut by 80% and the items you get (per the menu) are no longer what they serve. PLEASE stay away until they realize they must get back to their previous quality.

The staff was attentive, the food was tasty. Loved the fried rice ,enjoyed the pho and vermicelli. I think ? your meal would be enjoyed best as take out.

Delicioso !!!! Food it’s excellent and the attention the best in the area. And the grill prom sandwich the best !!!

I loveeee the BANH MI (Pork)I get it almost every week.. and every time is perfect! The freshness of the bread the pork is soo juicy and good! The staff is soo nice!

We went here because Pho Ton was closed. My husband likes his vermicelli bowl and Vietnamese eggrolls with soy sauce and only soy sauce. He did not enjoy his meal at all because they don't serve soy sauce to customers. My vermicelli bowl was bland, the meat and the sauce. It was edible but not great.

Everything I’ve ever ordered was always on point ! They have a mango smoothie that is the best in town hands down !
