So good. Like other reviews say, medium isn’t very spicy. I would have loved to post a picture of the food but we devoured all of it before I could pull my phone out. The service was on point. The portions were fair. Even the coffee at the end was good! I will definitely come back.
Food is so goodPrice relatively highReally like the lamb curry and the chicken masala. Tandoori was not that goodPaying $30 for one person lunch + chai, is higher than expectations
I love Indian food. Having lived in New York City and eaten wonderful Indian food there as well as in London, Tanzania and Nairobi, I appreciate good Indian cuisine. Tonight we had delivered Butter Chicken and Shrimp Bhuna. Both were amazing. So flavorful. The chicken was moist and not dried out. The shrimp were huge and so juicy. The sauce on each was just right. So much flavor. If you want the real deal in Indian cuisine, eat here.
first time trying Indian and my goodness it was absolutely delicious and the service was top tier !
I've been searching around for a really good chicken Tikka masala near me, and I think I've found it. The medium spice isn't very spicy and the hot is a little too spicy, but the naan is terrific, the food is fresh and pretty tasty and the restaurant has a good vibe/energy. There never seem to be too many people either. Def worth a look in!
I love Khyber! Especially Fridays lunch buffet. The Lamb is soft and sumptuous, all the vegetable dishes are fresh and delicious. Their masala chai is ginger heavy and I personally love that. Their service is immaculate- very professional, warm and kind servers. Denise and Hafiz (the waiters) are charming, professional and warm. I’d ask for one of the two, if you’re going for dinner or lunch. The owner has created a positive work environment for his employees and customers alike. You can taste that happiness in the food. The outside seating looks so pretty and green. If you’re looking for Indian food in Montrose this is the place. Vegetarian and non vegetarian options- so all your friends can come!
Khyber Indian restaurant ambiance was really good. Lot of local people visits and enjoy Indian food here.I tried chicken vindaloo and found over-rated on the reviews front and I personally did not like it. I like garlic naan and veg platter option though. It is little costlier side. You can definitely try Indian Masala tea if you enjoy having tea.Overall it was good experience.
Finest and most authentic Indian food at this place. The ambience is great and the staff as well as leadership is very welcoming and courteous. Must visit place for Indian food.
I came with my family—three adults and three young children—and our experience was terrific from both a food and service perspective. We had samosas, vindaloo, korma, aloo gobi, and butter chicken. We shared everything among us and the service was attentive and very understanding of the needs of the kids in our party. We also saw several other families here and the environment was definitely of an established, nicer, established restaurant. The meat was tender and dishes flavorful and well prepared. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!
I always enjoy eating here. I ordered the Shrimp Vindaloo extra spicy and the heat level isn’t for mere mortals. If you ask for it, they will accommodate you.Saag Paneer was also excellent.Service is attentive yet not obtrusive.
