Food was not seasoned. Sauces were not good. The wine was too young. Customer service was mediocre at best. The prices were very high but the food did not live up to it. Presentation was also sloppy.
I have been here several times and while I do love the food, this experience was far from great. I did have a reservation booked and upon arriving the hostess said it would be about another 15 minutes and to wait by the bar. After a few minutes she informed us that there wouldnât be a table for Atleast an hour and said we could stay at the bar for faster service. While at the bar, the ceiling was leaking on us the entire time from start to finish. Although the food was good, the seating issue and major inconvenience of a ceiling leak made the experience below subpar.

Everything was great, service, food and drinks. Please be willing to spend a bag, but itâs well worth it. Would definitely be back.
Our experience at Juliet was phenomenal! I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews and some minor issues leading up to my birthday celebration dinner but I must admit that everything was GREAT! From the moment that we arrived. The Service & Food were exceptional. Definitely one of the best restaurants that Iâve been to here in Houston.

WE CELEBRATED OUR ANNIVERSARY THERE AND I WAS EXPECTING A DIFFERENT TYPE OF VIBE. WHENI MADE THE RESERVATION , I SAID WE WERE HAVING AN ANNIVERSARY. NO MENTION OF THAT!! I'VE BEEN TO ALL TYPES OF RESTAURANTS AND THEY ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGED THE REASON YOU'RE THERE. FIRST THE WAITER WE HAD WAS NOT ATTENTIVE. WE SAT THERE FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE HE CAME BACK AND ASK IF WANTED SOMETHING TO DRINK. ALL THE TIME HE WAS TAKING SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER THAT WAS SEATED LONG AFTER US. THAT REALLY DID IRRITATE ME. I DONT PAY FOR BAD SERVICE AND WITH THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPENT $200 + , THAT'S DEFINITELY A NO NO! THE POPCORN WAS A CUTE LITTLE STARTER. AND THE REST OF OUR DATE , HE WAS SPORADICALLY COMING BY. BUT THANK GOODNESS FOR THE BUS MAN THAT WAS HELPING IN THAT AREA. HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE! HE WAS CORDIAL AND POLITE. NOW THE FRIED LOBSTER TAILS WERE GREAT. THE 8OZ FILET NOT SO MUCH. IT DIIDNT HAVE MUCH FLAVOR. MY MARTINI'S HIT THE SPOT. VERY NOISEY , IT HAS HARD TO HAVE A DECENT CONVERSATION WITHOUT TALKING LOUD TO OTHER PERSON. ALSO THE SET UP FOR TABLE FOR 2 COULD BE BETTER. MOST PEOPLE WANT TO SIT NEXT TO THERE DATE BUT INSTEAD YOU HAVE THIS LONG TABLE AND YOU SIT OPPOSITE OF YOUR DATE. I WAS SO IRRITATED WITH MY SERVICE THAT I DIDNT GET TO TAKE THAT PHOTO WITH THE ROSES AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKE ABOUT THE RESTAURANT. I MAY RETURN FOR ANOTHER EXPERIENCE BUT MOST LIKELY NOT.
For the price, I expected better service. Server not informative or attentive. Music too loud to hear person across table. Birthday cake...well...it was a cake with candles.
