Okay I never go out of my way to write reviews but I was very disappointed with the Egusi soup. I’m not sure if I can even call that an Egusi soup cos the smell and color was very different from what I am use to. I had to throw the soup away cos it didn’t taste good at all. I will definitely advice to have the main cook learn how to cook Egusi the proper way. Cos what I just had isn’t Egusi and why did it look more of a black color.

Extremely terrible food. Last night I ordered white rice, Egusi as well. The soup was very very bad and they just put a lot of fat and bones instead of meat. Had to throw the food away, highly disappointed because I’ve gotten better food from them in the past. But this was just too bad! Extremely bad.
It was more of a club bar but it was really nice. The waiters and DJ was all really good at their jobs. Everywhere was really clean and the place was overall beautiful. Overall it is a really nice place to chill with friends.
The experience was great, the designer stew and gizdodo were quite unique but they tasted superb. Their customer service most of all is excellent. That was what brought me back. And he interior is quite nice. Great place overall.

JULIE'S IS NOT ONLY HORRIBLE WITH THEIR FOOD, BUT THEY ALSO OWE THEIR STAFF AND THREATEN THEM. I KNOW SOMEONE WHO THEY REFUSE TO LET GO AND ALSO REFUSED TO PAY. IF YOU CARE FOR STAFF AND RESPECT HUMAN RIGHTS, YOU WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. I WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS UNTIL THEY START TREATING THEIR STAFF WITH SOME DECENCY. Terrible and unprofessional management. Their Suya was very hard and unseasoned. Don’t waste your money here as there are many other options in this area for good African food. Will not be returning and would not advice you to go there.
