I love this place!! Very friendly, very clean and my order was not only fast, but it’s sooo good! I ordered the 6 piece shrimp platter and for the price, I’m so happy. I get nervous when I ask other restaurants for extra condiments, but here, they had no problem giving me extra dressing and tartar sauce. Definitely worth the visit!

Incredible!!!! The wings were super crispy, everything was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and extra helpful. But the star of the show was the Joy Love Burger. Soft, silky, buttery bun, perfectly cooked bun and chicken filets (yes I said chicken filets on the burger). As close to a perfect first experience as I can imagine. ???

I ordered the Cheeseburger and the 6-piece hotwings with a drink. I paid $25. This was my first time. Positive notes first. This place is about quality. The burger patty was well-seasoned, had a nice crispy skin with a great char flavor. It had plenty of shredded lettuce with the right amount of mayonase, nice, ripe tomatoes sliced just the right thinness. And the bun was well suited to both the size and relative wetness of the burger. As far as taste, it is somewhere between a Whataburger and something you might grill at home. Given the size of the burger, I very much enjoyed it. The wings were hot and well-done, perfectly coated in hot sauce (probably Franks). They tasted great, were very crispy, and pretty large comparatively speaking. I was very full when done and it was more food than what I needed. On the negative side, the beef was just a bit too salty for my taste and although the bun held up very well, the last two or three bites got a bit messy. The wings are heavily battered, which makes for a really nice crunchy texture, but it can be a lot. I found myself picking a lot of it off. Finally, at $10+ for each order, it is just too expensive for what you get. It is definitely a good quality burger and wings, but it's an $8 burger and wings, not $10. Otherwise, it would be a four star rating. I will definitely be going back for the double-cheese and to explore the rest of their menu.

They never miss!! If ur looking for a good old fashioned seasoned juicy made like “grandpa used to” hamburger…. THIS IS WHERE U GO! Ain’t nothing small in size here either… not even the kid’s menu!!!!

Food poison. Period. Whatever you are touching in the restaurant, - it's covered in grease. There are no fresh air inside, - all the smells from kitchen will invade every cell of you. Just don't. Fish sandwich is a joke.

Everything was fresh and delicious. Good selection of beers. Great and helpful service and the place was very clean. Next time we’ll take the burgers medium rare because it was a bit dry

It was soooo good thank youuuuu this is not my first time eating JLB But was my first time visiting on memorial. Yes it’s true food is pricey but its worth it honestly especially when there isn’t that many old school fast food spots n the area. Add cheese to them fries. Also the chili cheese waffle fries are sooooo good omg. The Buffalo strips and wings combo is the bomb too.

Not impressed at all. $10 for a kids corn dog meal is insane. I didn't notice the price until after I paid, then to make matters worse they were awful. Cooked in some weird, thick batter that my son wouldn't eat so I took the batter off & the corn dogs were burnt, literally black. I normally would have said something but the lady up front was less then friendly & I didn't feel like encountering her again so we just left. I didn't get anything so I can't speak for the quality of any of the other items.

The short, pudgy, middle-aged, blondish hair white lady that works up front is very rude. If you are going to mock your customers, you may want to lower your voice so your customers can't hear you. We'll never be back.

My first time here. The food was awesome Customer service awesome everything homemade....we will be back
