If you like a busy loud energetic restaurant with OK food this restaurant is for you. It wasn't for me! Not reasonably priced either.

It was great. Roman our server was professional & helpful.
We were a party of five, celebrating my son's 60th birthday and my grandson's off-to-college trip. Four of the diners had the Dinner for Ukraine, which was very good, although in everyone's opinion, the entrees should have been served with a veggie option, as just a steak on a plate looked somewhat forlorn. One diner ordered the gumbo, which she rated excellent, and everyone else had the Wedge Salad, one of the best in town. The one diner who did not have the Dinner for Ukraine had the Chicken Piccata, which was very good, and had a huge pasta serving accompanying it. The desserts were very good, but portions were surprisingly small for $50. The carrot cake is possibly the best I've ever eaten. Complaint? The bill is presented in such a way that it is virtually impossible to decipher. Instead of showing "Dinner for Ukraine" at $50, it is entered as $48.97, the Wedge at $.03, Gumbo at $.01, the Strip at $10.01 (there is an upcharge), Rosemary Bearnaise at $6.00, each dessert at $.01, and so on. I was prepared for the upcharges, but not for the ordeal of figuring out the bill. (When I got home, I added the bill using "my" math, and it came out to the same total, but I was totally confused at the restaurant.) All in all, the food and service were excellent, but our seats were directly in front of the kitchen, which meant we were exposed to the noise of plates being placed in the plate cabinet all evening. (I'll make sure never to sit there again.)
Service and food were both exceptional. Great place for a Friday lunch with friends from all over the city. They don't mind driving to Jonathan's!
Food was HUGE and wonderful. Great flavors; fresh; well done. Would love options for smaller portions for less money.
Service was great. Manager came around several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Waiter was over top and excellent!!

This is such a lovely restaurant that is quickly becoming one of my favorites. The prices are high, but not over the top, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is personal and warm. When the weather is nice, the patio is lovely.
