Very.very very very bad customer service rude pushed my 12 year old son, then told him he had to give him a tip. I signed the receipt and he snached the receipt out of my hand. I called the restaurant to report it the manager I never received a call back from the manager, he just put they can't deliver to my family anymore I felt they were very racist and I spent a lot of money at this place everytime if I was anyone who's craving Chinese food order from somewhere else
Called and order some food and the lady asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said no because their drivers are very rude and disrespectful she proceeded to tell me go order somewhere else and hang up the phone,don’t order from this place customer service is terrible ?
You'd think you were infected if you walked in here. Dining room completely blocked off. Just trying to enjoy a lunch. Definitely not ever coming back here!!!
I have never been let down by anything i’ve ordered here. My go-to orders are the chicken lo mein or honey walnut shrimp.
We have been customers for years and will always continue to order take out from them. Doesn't matter what time of day you order, even if it's 30 minutes before closing time, you will always get your food nice and hot and fresh. We 100% recommend JoJo's over and over. Our favorites are the General Tso's chicken and Mongolian Beef.
Owner thought I was scamming when I said the food had napkin remnants in it. Horrible service, crazy because I use to order here all the time
We love their egg rolls, special fried rice and lo mein.
We order here regularly. Last night (1/6/22) was not a great night for their food. The wings were hard and dry, the House Lo Mein only had a couple of shrimp and chicken, usually full of other meats and some carrots (there were none). The General Chicken was not as good either. Hope this was just a hiccup.
I ordered online for delivery. House fried rice and chicken wings. I don’t know why, but my food was not hot and the delivery guy took a long time. I haven’t eaten from here in years but the taste is not the same as before. Sad and unfortunate for me I guess. Great customer service over the phone however
First time trying the other day, and will not return.Better Chinese options available. Rice taste like mop water.Ordered general chicken, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, wonton soup, egg rolls, fried wonton-The rice was awful!!! Taste like dirty mop water-The fried wontons seemed over cooked and chewy-The general chicken and sweet and sour chicken were pretty good.-The egg rolls were average,-wonton soup was just OK
