Wow! Just absolutely astounded by the quality of ramen here! The broth had so much complexity and flavor I couldn't stop to appreciate it and ate it too fast jk. Ordered the Jinya Ramen Black hot with a side of the double inferno sauce and it only elevated the entire bowl. This could be considered high end as the price reflects that but completely worth it. The noodles were thinner than I prefer but absorbed the broth very well. The chashu wasn't as fatty as I would've liked and the egg was cooked just right but nothing special. The double tuna cones were disappointing because they were very small. Overall this place deserves 6 stars but only slightly less than Ramen Jin because it lacks that homemade feel and taste with thicker noodles. I went back and forth between deciding which shop but Ramen Jin is IMO better by a hair. I would also like to mention Daphne our server provided excellent service and recommendations.
This is the third time I’ve been here and the food and service have been amazing every single time.For an appetizer, I love the spicy shrimp tempura. They’re cooked perfectly and have a great flavor and crunch.For the main course, I always get the chicken wonton ramen - spicy. It’s a huge portion and it always lasts me two meals.
Ramen at this place is absolutely delicious. Flavorful broth and tender meat. They have lots of different options for ramen.I think this place is always packed. We sat at the bar when we were there last time, which is great because we got to see the cook making ramen in the kitchen.The potion is big, I was so full after finishing my bowl.
Ordered three meals to go. The chicken ramen and the spicy chicken ramen and between the two meals we had two small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. The shrimp won ton was the only meal that was good

Karaage Chicken Ramen - Good flavor and depth to broth with tender fried chicken, but a bit to sweet for my taste. However spicy was no more than whataburger spicy ketchup and inferno level wasn't much better. The Spicy Tuna Tacos on the other hand we're great didn't get a snap of them quick enough.

Delicious, flavourful dishes. Large portions and great drinks, the low lights and friendly staff set a great atmosphere. Overall my only criticism of this location is the music is a bit loud. Without a doubt though this is a popping date night destination.
