The staff is great and so accommodating. I have a feeling this place is going to be popular very soon. I had the spicy chicken ramen. The spice was not overwhelming and gave a great flavor. I would have liked a bit more chicken. My friend had the shrimp wonton ramen and loved it. The seaweed salad to start with was fresh and very good. There is a full bar and vegan/vegetarian options available, too.

The atmosphere is great, upbeat music and the staff is super friendly. The food tastes amazing and the prices are reflective of the quality (pricey) Limited seating though, full bar with Japanese beer and drinks as the highlight.

Suuuuuper good! The place was packed so we had to seat outside (so we didn’t had to wait) good thing is they have heaters that they place next to your table so even though it was cold outside you would feel very comfortable. As I said, the places was FULL I guess because of Valentine’s and still our food came in fast. Usually when the place is packed you have to wait too long to get your food but that wasn’t the case here. It was my first time, loved the place, the food, the customer service, will definitely come back!

I just love Jinya. Food is always great and delicious. Service is usually on point, all the servers are personable and knowledgeable about the menu. I’ve been here for date night at least 15 times. And the patio is great in the warmer weather. Some of my favorites are the Jinya bun, Shrimp wonton ramen, creamy shrimp tempura (must get) and gyoza. My favorite drinks are the plum wine and Japanese slipper cocktail.

so so yummy. no matter how busy everyone is so sweet and keep their composure all waiters very knowledgeable of the menu, and everything was delish!!!we ordered the chef choice on the menu and as an appetizer aquiozo? sp? I'm sorry but amazing food!

As always, I prefer the spicy creamy vegan ramen bowl with a soft boiled egg. You cannot go wrong with their brussel sprouts tempura as an appetizer.

Small ramen bows and small tacos that were on happy hour but they charged us full price place is ran by thieves is my guess especially with other reviews saying how servers adjust their own tip, and the ramen here is medium quality and many other have complained, I will never return nor do I recommend, owner please respond with your action plan with your staff and poor management

Hearty unbeatable cold weather meal. For as large a chain it is appetizers were next level taste.Starters we had spicy creamy shrimp tempura, tempura cauliflower, and crispy rice with spicy tuna.Shrimp were more jumbo shrimp and lightly tossed in a spicy mayo. Absolutely crunchy and cooked perfectly.Crispy rice was insane. Rice took on a different life being fried. Tuna has just enough kick not overly spicy.Spicy umami miso ramen is my favorite. Ground pork, broth, egg all work so well together.Locations are a little small for seating, especially Heights, but we really like the place.

Great food. Really good taste and very good environment. The only thing probably was that it was too cold inside there so maybe grab a jacket if you’re like me!

A pretty solid ramen location, if a little expensive. $18 with tax and tip for the spicy Tonkatsu. Great service and atmosphere.
