PRICY but delicious. It is my first time here and wow! The rosemary bread is delicious. It gave the sub an extra umph ???? I tasted the original Italian and my son got the classic Mike’s famous Philly!! Both were amazing.
The crew working this afternoon was awesome. Great sandwich and in all in a great mood. Awesome experience all around.
I love this Jersey Mikes! The food is always spot on and the staff is hard working. Definitely a go to spot!
I usually don’t do the review thing but today I came in for a sub and it was a real spectacle. The white lady and guy was arguing loudly right in front of the restaurant (which was full of customers) just going at it. At one point I actually thought they were going to fist fight. The other two girls looked like they was spooked. It just went downhill from there. Because of those two going head to head like WWE we had to wait until their foolishness was done so we could get our subs finished. The other two ladies was doing their best under the circumstances but I will not ever return. Not sure if this is how business is ran in this establishment but it’s highly unprofessional for staff to be arguing and screaming especially in front of guest. I’d advise you clean house before those two run off your customers. Mostly everyone that was standing there was in complete disbelief. What a mess
I do not recommend eating here at all I’ve seen roaches in the sitting area and also a lady with burgundy hair touching the meat with her bare hands … she used no gloves the whole time while serving customers that’s disgusting and very unsanitary especially with COVID going around she was also coughing all over the place with no face mask. I used to always eat here but not anymore.
I placed an order thru GrubHub for 2 sandwiches and 2 cookies. The cookies were not included but I did get a refund. The sandwiches were made with the wrong bread.I would rather have had the cookies instead of a refund. I also would have wanted my order made correctly.If they can't deliver my order correctly, why bother.
I was eating here earlier today, and my husband & I saw 2 baby cockroachs! And it was disgusting. We left immediately and I filed a complaint to the Health Department. This is disgusting and very unsanitary, Whoever is managing/owning this shop needs to take care of this ASAP!! UNACCEPTABLE! VERY UNSANITARY!
Terrible customer service, we ordered thru the app almost three weeks ago. We were missing 2 subs when we received our order, the door dasher tried to do his part and tried to get our missing subs but they were not answering the phone, mind you it was @ 8:15 when he was trying to call. We tried calling as well so many times and all we would get was the machine they close at 9pm and no one would pick up the phone. I spoke to the manager Jared that week he said he would refund us our money for the 2 subs we did not receive. Till this day we have not received our refund, I’ve tried calling him again and he is not in the store the times I’ve called. I do not like to leave bad reviews but I think this is unfair, since we did not get what we paid for. Will not order from here again!
DOOR DASH AND THIS LOCATION ABSOLUTE WORSTDOOR DASH SCREWD IT UP AND THESE IDIOTS WOULD DO NOTHING.CHARGED ME FOR MY FOOD AND SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR IT ANYWAY EVEN THOUGH SOMEONE ELSE ATE MY FOOD. $50.00 WORTH OF FOOD. NOT A BIG DEAL BUT THIS JERSEY MIKES LOCATION AND DOOR DASH SUCKS.
Tee is great! She is a exceptional worker and a great asset to jersey mikes. Me and my husband come to this specific location twice a week just because of her despite us living almost 25 minutes away. It’s that great customer service and funny personality that keeps us coming back every time. Thank you Tee!!
