Jersey mike at the Kirby location should be , if it is not already….the benchmark of how an establishment should operate. It’s an awesome experience and I am not saying this lightly, I’m from NY, and critical as hell…lol but they work in unison allowing the customer to get in and out while still feeling valued and recognized. I can’t recall one time entering the restaurant without being acknowledged. It’s like they know each and every customer… the food is always well prepared and again, I have yet to have a problem with my orders. I can go to the Kirby location and know it going to be right, fresh and cozy. Thank you to all of the Kirby Team. You are all so amazing. Your manager must show her/his appreciation quite regularly, why else would you all be in such a good upbeat, joyful manner. This type of behavior just can’t be forced. Your w either in a good space or your not there is no in between when it comes to dining. Love my JerseyMike of Kirby…
Its a good sub place. The veggie sub was SO delicious and filling. The veggies and cheese were so fresh. I would not recommend to take the sub as a bowl, the quantity is way too less. We also had the meatless mushroom sub, although it tasted good, when I opened the wrapper the bread was falling apart ( as seen in the picture). I also think the subs are a bit too pricey for the quantities.
I placed an online order this past Friday. I wanted to give a positive review to Jay who was finishing my sub when I walked in. He was very friendly, had a positive attitude, and he made my sub on the grill the way I requested in my online instructions. This location has the best customer service. I told him that I wish the receipt had a survey, and he suggested that I submit a google review. The subs have become expensive, but I can justify paying for it since this location has great employees, and my sub is usually made the way I want and tastes great.
If you're into waiting 40 minutes for average sandwiches, then this place is for you. If not, then you may prefer Jimmy John's. On the plus side, the bread was good.
They are the best! They great you as soon as you open door, freshly slice your meats and cheese etc! 10/10 better than subway for sure!!

I just walked out of Jersey Mikes on Kirby with a smile and great food! The customer service was better then Chik - Fil- A lol!! Smiles and waives when I walked in, asked me how my day was, and overall CLEAN on the inside and where the food was being prepped!!! I’ll def be back!! To the crew working 2/16 @ 12:45 lunch time- Thank you guys for awesome service
Jersey Mike's never disappoints. Love their sandwiches. And not sure how they do it but their employees always look like they're having fun. They've got me thinking about a career change. ?
Thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a #9 giant and for almost a $20 dollar sandwich the meat portion was pathetic. The bread was stale and I had to tell them to put the bacon on it because they forgot after wrapping it up. If you’re gonna charge $17 for a sandwich then put meat on it. I’m never going back.
Understaffed and looked as if employees were overworked. Fast service; felt as tho my whole experience was being rushed! Employee fast talked me into which items I needed. No mask.
