This is my very first time eating at JCI and it was memorable. The best customer service I've ever encountered with more than exceptional food, as if it wasn't fast food. The gourmet hot dog was sheer perfection, the bun was perfectly toasted. The frozen lemonade hit the spot. This is now a twice a week for me.
The best dog in town I live in New Braunfels but work in s Louisiana I plan a stop on the way to and from work. Loyal to JCI since late 80’s ??♂️
Stopped off at JCI... on our way home. Hubby felt an added Father's Day extra! I get ONION RINGS??? We were both happy until we see them... so overcooked... I wonder if the person serving them up would eat them? Hummm... maybe they didn't even notice...
Service was pretty quick and the ladies working the kitchen were very polite. Food is as good as you expect from JCI (Which means it's great). Please be sure to drown your hotdogs in their delicious pepper sauce. Bonus points for the lovely gal who kept refilling our drink while we were eating.
This is the best one I eating at. Love the service and the respect they give the customers. I recommend you go eat there if you haven't already.
Wasn't the best customer service by far the chili cheese fries were rock hard the coney's and reg fries were good other than that the place could use a cleaner appearance when u first walk in
I rarely visit but I usually get the chili pie and it's always tasty. The restaurant was clean and the server was nice. My only pet peeve is that the person that prepared my food also took my money. He had gloves on when he prepared my food and used the same gloves to take money. Maybe he changed gloves before I walked up to order, I don't know. I pray over my food all the time so I know it is blessed.. ?
This was my 1st time every going to JCI and I would definitely recommend they were the nicest people I have ever dealt with my gran daughter wanted a salad and there salad is a little fancy for kids and they accommodate it just for my babies liking!!!! Thank yall ladies for such a great experience!!!!
Hot dogs were all shriveled up like they were boiled to long no flavor and for 2 hot dogs plain fries and a drink it was 11 bucks not worth the money at all.
Wish they have locations open in San Antonio Tx .. my Husband Philip love's this place .. every time we come to Houston he tries to take time to come.It was my first time. ? The service was very good.. this location food was very hot and fresh.Thank you for my first time experience.
