Really bad service. I been there several times and never is been as bad. Got my order wrong I asked for to 2 hungry man chili hotdogs only with chili and shedded cheese. They put everything on the chili wrong. Manager was super rude. They did my order again and they did it wrong the second time. They put chili and other kind of cheese, not the shedded cheese. She said that the shedded cheese was .50 cents each. Told her not, on the menu shows and says with shedded cheese. And on the first order she did our shedded cheese. Second one she put other cheese. She did not want to put the shedded cheese or give me the $2 dollars. Manager juts stolen money. Never coming back.
I haven't been to a JCI since the 90s, as they no longer exist in south central Texas. But since coming back to Houston, I kept telling my son about this restaurant, and we finally found a day where we could actually make it to one. And he is now on love with this and also wishes it existed where he lives, 2 1/2 hours away. Just gives him one more reason to come and visit. :)
If you just seen any of the Sonic the Hedgehog movies and want to try a chili dog, the 6 million dollar hotdog still holds it's name. This location has really nice and friendly staff and quality of the food is made safe and really good?. Will be back for milkshakes and hot dogs. Which they do have the best strawberry shake In all of H town.
I got a kids meal.I FELT CHEATED!I didnt get my FREE ICE CREAM!THEY should've told me when I ordered that the machine was broke.They didn't even give me ANYTHING IN PLACE OF IT.They made me cry. ? ?
Decent hotdogs. Really small, But way to expensive for a basic hotdog chili dog. I can make 18 at home for the price of 2 there. Not sure why they think they are worth what they charge. I wouldnt doubt they go out of business. Drop the prices and yall would get way more customers. Js
JCI has always had a piece of my heart. It's definitely one of my favorite past times with my grandfather! Photos are from clay rd location that has since closed.
I love JCI hotdogs but not onions! And every time I order through the drive-thru with no onions, I get onions! I had no time to go back, so my experience was not great!Maybe next time...

I was here earlier today I stopped by on my lunch break from work, I order a hungry man first of all the tots were disgusting tasted just like grease like they had been dipped in grease 5 times that day and then I ordered a small chili which I was going to eat after I got off I asked for beans in it didn’t get any beans and I also asked for no onions and guess what it had ONIONS, and what’s it for me is I’m allergic to onions so thank you for the trip to the ER!!! Talk to your employees because this is not okay!!!!!!
The service is quick and accurate in taking my order. Not that i order a lot of different things. It's just an easy experience everytime coming here.
My little brother works here, girls make him nervous, and he needs the attention. His name is Nathan. He does a good job at work tho! Eight days a week!
