Came here from the good reviews. Ordered 3 Cup Chicken from the lunch menu. Hot and Sour soup tasted OK but not warm . Egg rolls were good, but 3 Cup Chicken lacks of color and the flavor; a bit plain. Ordered Mr. and Mrs. Smith to go as it is my wife’s favorite dish. This dish can tell how good the restaurant is, but it also failed the taste buds test as compare to other Chinese Restaurant at Bellaire St. However, the services were exceptional.

Delicious food - twice cooked pork was thin sliced with flavorful sauce and oil (best one I've had in a while). Spicy chicken was good with sesame seeds. Shrimp fried noodles were also delicious with long noodles. Also, they give a whole pot of white rice to each table. A must visit.

Hu’s Cooking quickly became filled with people after opening at 11am on Sunday. The Lamb with Cumin was super aromatic with plenty of chili flakes. The Vermicelli with cabbage was seasoned very well. The pork blood and intestine pot was good, but the pork blood was hard. The pork blood’s texture was not on point. It wasn’t soft enough. The intestine was very chewy and cooked really soft. I wouldn’t order this dish in the future. Flounder in Szechuan Hot Chili Oil was super spicy and included many bean sprouts/vegetables/herbs. Overall great experience.FYI, if you can’t find parking spaces in front of the building, don’t fret, because there are some more in the back.

One word: IMPRESSIVEThe food was quickly done and the quality did not disappoint! My water was never empty. Always had what I needed and enjoyed every second of the service I received. I had never had a better hot and sour soup. It was authentically delicious!

This restaurant is right off the street on the end of a little strip. There is dedicated parking in front for them and I think there was a lot on the side / rear with additional parking, but I didn't confirm that. When you walk in, the main dining area is on the right with a few tables set up on the left as well. We chose to sit on the left side and it was really pleasant. The noise levels were pretty low. They had a lot of boxes piled up. It appeared like they might be struggling to stay organized given the current situation with Covid. Don't let the appearance fool you though. The staff were very welcoming and took excellent care of us. The food was fantastic! The seafood stew was full of delicious goodies and had a nice spice level. The chicken is always a favorite and was cooked to perfection. The french beans had that crunch you expect. The pricing and portion sizes were very fair. I really enjoyed this restaurant and highly recommend it.

Food Presentation was awesome and looked delicious, food tasted great! Friendly staff but they never came back to check on me. Not once in fact they brought the food and didn’t even ask if anything else was needed, just walked away. I mean I didn’t get hot sauce or soy sauce. I had to stop the lady who brought my food before walking away if I can have sauce. My glass had lip stick on it and it was was actually disappointing BUT food was great, being attentive is a must especially when sitting down, had they just checked in and ask me that would have been the five star. Oh and I guess no fountain drinks only can soda

I ordered the lunch special broccoli beef?. It came with rice, egg roll, and soup. I ordered online at 11am and it was ready in time, within 30 minutes for pickup. Everything was packaged so well, even the soup. Nothing spilled, they provided utensils of course, and sauces. The restaurant is clean; I saw some people dining in. The only issue was parking but I circled back and found one so it wasn't too bad. The food was so fresh!! Especially the bok choy. It was cooked so well. It wasn't seasoned but they did give salt and pepper. The prices are reasonable too!! I only spent $14 and some change. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ will definitely go back!!

Best beef noodle soup!!! Hand pulled noodles, huge tender chunks of beef, and all the necessary fixings - cilantro, green onion, sour veggies - yum. A little pricey but very worth it. Great place for family style lunch or dinner in a casual, clean atmosphere.

We really liked the takeout dishes that we chose. Everything was excellent and it was easy to drive up and get our order. Our favorites: Red Chili Oil Wontons, Shabu Lamb with Spearmint, and Mapo Tofu.

I love this place. Super nice people, especially Sharry! She is so polite, helpful and kind. Everyone in this place showed care and appreciation. The food is outstanding and well prepared. All ingredients are fresh.Thank you for making our visit magnificent!!
