Food was fantastic! Butter chicken was really good and some of the best naan I’ve had.****Be warned: there is no lunch combo like the photos attached by others suggests.***I cannot justify $22 for lunch when there are great places around here that are far less expensive for lunch. This is not exclusive to this place as most Indian dishes are made to share and not conducive to ordering as a lunch item.Overall: fantastic!
This is the best Vindaloo ive had in the USA, period.My fiancée is from the UK and there's so many good indian restaurants there, and I've been let down by other places in the area before (tikka shack ?)But this changes everything. The vindaloo was both hearty and very spicy while not being overpowering. The naan was soft with a slight crisp edge and delicious garlic flavor. The workers were very kind and i had to personally shake the hand of the chef who made my food because it was that good. High recommend
We were not sure that this restaurant was open after Covid. Surprisingly it was open . New owners from Goa are running this placeWe ordered fish and chicken dishes . The food was good. Above all the service was very good. The restaurant was clean. The staff went over and beyond to give us good service . We will highly recommend this restaurant.
I normally don't start with writing negative comments in my reviews, but I couldn't say anything positive about this restaurant. I'll start saying the service was really bad and the food it was the worst, but I thought the bill it would be no more than $20 for the portions. Well, I was wrong. My bill was $35 dollars, and it was lunch time . That is the reason the restaurant was empty.
Best Pomfret and shrimp in Houston. I would take a picture but everything is devoured. The family that runs this place is exceptionally friendly and customer service oriented. We will definitely try to come back at least once every 2 weeks for the fish. Well priced and very clean. You know it's a good meal when nobody talks bc they are too busy eating
Whoever these new owners are they need to improve on ther customer service and the quality of their food. I just ordered palak paneer and it tastes nothing like it should we ended up having to throw it away. I called the store and they didn't care when i complained infact he said can i call him later I have other calls I need to take. And hung up me. If u need the money that bad then keep it but make sure that when u do take money u give ur customers what they ask for. Never had these issues with previous owner and we used to eat at this place a lot...
Their food is so good. We ordered for our daughter’s birthday party. Everything was so delicious. Chicken 65 is my personal favorite for starters. The new owner Francis went above and beyond to make sure food is ready and timed it so that it is warm and served with utmost quality. He makes sure that the party will be an extraordinary experience
Went two times over here, friendly service , my son love the samosas n chicken 65, and rest of the food was tasty too
Amazing fish fry and fish curry! Goat biryani and chicken 65 were good as well. New management is from coastal part of India (Goa) and surely know how to make good fish entrees
The most delicious curry I’ve had in ages, feel like I could explode cause I could not stop eating! The owners and staff are amazing, friendly and oh so welcoming!! Definitely be going back soon
