They waited till the show almost started to do “pass the line”. They charged $25 for it and so many people got it that it literally defeated the purpose of “passing” the line. Had the fire alarm go off just before the headliner came on. The only good thing was that security did give out small water cups to those near the barricade. Charli slayed regardless ??
My wife and I saw the living legend Angel that is Charli XCX! We had front seats on the left balcony area. Absolutely the perfect spot to watch her do her thing. Overall I thought the sound quality was very good.The smaller venue I personally like, more intimate.I’m only giving it four stars because we did get some Appetizers at the restaurant prior, food wasn’t bad (my wife said the Nachos were good for bar food) and our waitress was slow and not the most engaging.Recommend the venue for the show, maybe pass on the food!
Nice venue and the staff did a great job organizing the herd upon entry! I was disappointed that the VIP section was so far back! I was told via email that it was 30 feet from the stage, but once I was inside it looks further back. And that's only if you get one of the front row tables, if not, then you could be alot further from the stage than that. I'm glad I opted NOT to buy it. It's $350 just for a 4 person table!! And that DOES NOT include the concert ticket. If it came with a closer view or drink/food credits, it might be worth it!

The venue had good sound.There are monitors everywhere for those not close to the stage.They offer many types of food.Whatever you want to drink.Marcus King was on fire.The only real downer was the length of the entry line.It did move fast though.
Venue was nice. Restroom on both levels were clean. Only took off one star because the seat i has for my comedy show had obstructed view, which I was unaware of.

The show we saw was great, the food downstairs was pretty good, but when we got to the venue upstairs for the show, my girlfriend was not allowed to bring her clutch in even though it fit in their guidelines for size. The bar upstairs was out of almost everything. It was still a fun night though
Worst concert experience I have ever had. I will never step foot in this facility again. Terrible service, rude staff, and they don’t keep their bar stocked. Who is complexly out of white wine with a large concert happening??
