Placed an order through UberEats with a promotion. Through the app I added the ingredients I wanted. When my food arrived it did not have what I requested. I got my refund and contacted the store just to clarify how it was laid out on the app and that I wished to reorder with my preferences. The man asked me to hold so I could speak to the manager about my experience. The man then got back on the phone and informed me that due to the promotion I couldn't customize my order. I explained that the options were available on the app. All I was asking was to subtract toppings from my hotdogs. I asked if there was a way to work around it but again was told that the promotion wouldn't allow it. Never was it stated in the app. The manager did not get on the phone with me and in fact I could hear her in the background. I attempted to reorder with special instructions but my order was cancelled. I then contacted the store to launch a formal complaint seeing as it was a very simple request and other restaurants have been helpful in the past. I asked the man for the corporate number and store number and he hung up on me. I called again to no answer. I called on another phone and the man this time introduced himself as Trey. I once again asked for the numbers and was told "Stop calling I'm very busy" before being hung up on again. Never ordering from this place again
Great places great flavor I took an especial person to this location she loved the flavor we enjoyed the conversation with the owner has a candense heart I recommend 100% this place classic hot dog car ..good location..
Stumbling across this place after a late work night was magical. Made to order when you order it, with a wide variety of hot sauces. The Pico was awesome, and I'm not even a big fan of cold tomato in my food. Will definitely come back.
Met Tania, the owner & cook, which means she she really puts that love seasoning on all her food. Great Mexican Hotdogs & Burgers !!Reminds me of Mexico street Food Stands.
