This place came highly recommended by some people at met while at work. We looked up the menu and were greatly overwhelmed and impressed. There is literally something for everyone. The vibe is chill and fun. The tributes to The Lord of the Rings are pretty awesome. The food is outstanding. There is no shortage of flavor. There are dimensions to their food. The dragon wings are so crispy and crunchy on the outside and amazingly juicy on the inside. The jerk sauce is something that I would eat on cereal. The burgers are huge and so freakin delicious. I could go on and on. There is so much to try here, I'll have to come back. This is a true dining experience.

This place is amazing! Second time visiting. First time I had the fish tacos and they were exceptionally good! Tried the Balrog burger today. Plan to share. It was amazing, but no way I could finish. I ate half and passed off the rest to the hubs. MUST TRY Uruk fries. They are ridiculously good. I don't know how to describe the queso to do it justice, but it is soooo good! Creamy, cheesy goodness! They add chorizo and jalapenos to the Uruk fries. Just amazing! Hubs had the lamb burger and loved it. Some day we will save room for dessert. Hasn't happened yet though! I also tried the space city slushie, mead and lavender frozen drink. I loved it! Very refreshing! Also tried the strawberry rose daiquiri. Did not love this. Admittedly I am not a huge daiquiri person, but love rose. This did not taste like rose or strawberry to me though. Better by the end though. Feel like it may have a slightly higher alcohol content!

Good sandwiches and fries. They have a variety of vegetarian options. The service was slow today but I suspect they were short staffed at that time (3pm). I would suggest they offer beyond meat patties as an alternative to black bean patties. Otherwise it is a nice place to go.

Food was delicious! Actually one of the best meals we’ve had in the last few years. Flavors were incredible and fit perfectly together. Highly recommend the food. Red Flags : parking is atrocious. Seriously if you have a suv or a truck or really anything other than a motorcycle or a Mini Cooper you better be prepared to get frustrated. The spaces were so dang small that I had to suck in my gut to get out of car. I was parked in between two large vehicles, all of us were perfectly in our lines but the spaces were so SMALL it was scary. Two - Food was amazing as I said but it wasn’t cheap. Food was definitely worth the price but just be aware. Don’t go expecting Hard Rock at McDonald’s dollar menu prices.

Overall great quality food! I had a Boudin Burger which was very savory and had a nice tangy sauce. I also had a side of seasoned brown rice which was a nice touch. I think the vibe of the Cafe is very chill and great for socializing! Our server Delilah was very nice and friendly and gave some great recommendations. My main critique is that the building looked... not well managed aesthetically. I know they were trying to go for a rustic tavern look, but it didn't really feel representative of like a hobbit tavern. It felt like an old building with an arch in the middle and some Lord of the rings merchandise scattered around. The bathroom also had a lot of carvings and etching from people with profanity etched inn. Maybe some more strategic decorating and cleaning up the bathroom would go a long way for improvement!Still would come back again with friends that are interested in a unique themed Cafe.

This was a fun little cafe with the Lord of the Rings theme. There was all kinds of Art from the books and the movies. The menu was expensive. There were so many great looking items was difficult to make a decision. And the end I settled on the black and blue cheese burger and my lady friend got a curry chicken salad sandwich. Both were tasty but it's so much food. We couldn't finish it all. But we'll definitely go back and try more of the menu. They had some pretty unique looking Mead and beers from around the world. I'm just not much of a Beer Drinker but I can appreciate that a lot of folks like it. We definitely recommend it can't wait to return.

I loved everything about this place! the food was fantastic, service was spot on, and the whole feel of the place really sold it for me! I recommend this place to anyone in the Houston area!

My date actually recommend this place, after the restaurant I wanted to take her was closed to the public, someone was having a private party. Anyways by the name of the place, you should already know. It's modeled after the lords of the ring movies. Yes those movies. Some of the drinks and meals are named after something or someone from the movies. I ordered the blue wizard Lemonade and the great goblins platter for an appetizer. It comes with two shrimp rolls, eight fried pickles, four dragon wings, and your choice of Quesadilla (which you have three to pick from), for my entrée I ordered the fish tacos. I'll be back again, everything was great, even the service. But I won't order that blue wizard Lemonade again. It was so tart!! Everytime I took a drink of it, I made a face in front of my date. Which I think she thought was funny. But those dragon wings ... ?!! I mean the perfect amount of spicy. Hot but not too hot and that batter had the perfect cruch to it!! I'll come back just for those chicken wings.

Very cute hobbit theme. I am a huge Tolkien fan and there were so many adorable nicknacks. The food had huge portions and was very delicious. The burgers are massive and there is plenty of fajita for two people. My husband and I split everything and had plenty of food to take home for dinner. The drinks are well made and the cups are adorable. Great place to grab lunch.

This might be my favorite place to eat and all of Houston. A literal nerd paradise; there are film memorabilia, signed posters and a hobbit-y look everywhere. They even have shirts and glasses to purchase if you love this place as much as I do! A lot of their menu is themed based off of the characters which is very fun, I really like the Mithril Mix smoothie! Be sure to come Saturday or Sunday morning for their brunch, which is the best part of this place. Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and amazing coconut pancakes!
