Me and my brother asked for water and the waitress gave us tap water, we got up to get another helping of food and she took our untouched food and tap water cups that we left on the table for a few seconds. When I confronted her she yelled and gave us some more tap water.
Tried a new hibachi grill recently. My friends visited there and recommended us. All the food was fresh and tasty. They have a lot of varieties. But in my opinion, the hibachi has not that many various options.The price is $10 for a weekdays lunch and $13 for a weekdays dinner. And the price for all day on weekends is $14. So the price is reasonable enough for a buffet. The staff is welcoming and very active. I recommend this restaurant.
Bear in mind this is a rating by comparison. The Hibachi Grill on I-10 W near BW8 is MUCH better. Service is adequate, food is pretty good and plenty of it. The guy on the grill does a better job with your food if you tip him. Parking is plentiful, and the lot is safe. Restaurant is clean and quiet. I'd go again.
Told the receptionist and the waiter that there was hair found in my food that wasn’t mines and they told me the hair belonged to the crab….. the crab on my plate…… I will not be returning
I was really looking forward to a good dining experience but trust me it was not good at all. The atmosphere is very loud with many children running around and also I saw a child put their hands in the buffet food. The buffet area had a fowl odor. The food was not hot and many instances it was cold and tasted terrible. The steam trays were not very clean, I should have asked for a refund and ran for the hills. I do not like to be negative with reviews, but this is one of the worst dining experiences I've had in many years.
Is amazing restaurant ? alot variety of food, I mean great food!! They have hibachi food too, nice and fresh meat, fish and anything you want!!??? ??Also they serve fresh sushi ???I love the dessert area like pudding, chocolate cake, fruits and ?? ice cream!!The employees are so nice and good services ? ? ? ?
The food tasted good but some of it was cold. The service is good, they were attentive. However, the price was a bit higher than I thought it should be. I suppose it's due to Inflation.
If you're craving good Chinese buffet this place hits the spot. Im stuffed ? ?
Charged a 9month old Who didnt even eat a single bite! Could have left 3 times that amount as a tip, but I guess covid had the Bussiness needing to steal from customers. Had come here before and they never Charged for a baby! Never coming back!
I went last night to eat and all was good until in the middle of eating I get the bill. Okay that’s fine I guess and we paid kept eating and then finally got the change as we ate dessert never thought anything of it placed the tip on the table and got the change and put it away. After dinner we stop at the bank and tried to deposit our change and they returned both our $20 bills that we had of our change. We thought maybe it was the machine but today when we looked at the change it had holes in the money. And we’re certain it was from here because this is the only place we had stopped at and we had the money in the receipt from our dinner. Tried telling management and they said it’s our fault for not looking at our change. So check your change !
