I have been to Hella Bubble several times. Today the drinks were great as usual, but the cashier, Anthony, had exceptional customer service. I wasn’t sure of my points and he offered to look the info up for me. Also, we had questions about our particular drinks which he promptly answered. Thanks for being our local go to place for bubble tea! We will be back to try your new summer flavors.
This place is super cute. The drinks were good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's PRICY though! A drink I normally get for $5 ran me $7 here. The parking is also a nightmare if you're in a bit of a hurry. In order to save yourself some hassle, just park in the garage. I understand it's a smaller business so pricier than most but I probably won't be back.
We tried their Thai tea. The portions are good. The boba was slightly chewy but not too bad. It wasn't too sweet, just the perfect amount. We asked for lesser ice and the server was happy to oblige. We went in the evening and it wasn't too crowded. The parking was easy to find too. Overall, a satisfying experience.The staff is polite and helpful. The store's ambience is pleasant and the premises are clean.
Very nice boss! Great hospitality. Bubble tea served was nice and toppings were great. Not too sweet with great tea flavours. Nice and clean environment for a afternoon tea time with your mates. Highly recommended!
Actually the best boba tea place I've found so far with a friendly clean and welcoming interior. The tapioca pearls were fresh and delicious, unlike some other shops where the pearls were cold and stuck together and had a hard texture.
Their cups are one of the best disposable cups I have ever seen at a tea store. I wanted a Thai tea with boba toppings and zero sugar. I was told you could not because the tea is pre-made which does not allow to for sugar adjustments. I ordered a mango and passion fruit tea with zero sugar and pearls/boba and it was the sweetest drink I’ve had at a tea place. I did not finish it because it was so sweet.
Ordered a drink and they gave me a cup with cracks on the bottom, had the whole drink spilling in my car. So I called and told them and the girl I talked to gave me attitude, over something THEY were at fault for. TRASH customer service, don’t recommend at all.
The honey milk tea is perfection and the boba is amazing! The boba here ruined me for the other boba tea places that we used to frequent. It's warm, tender, and just the right amount of chewy and the brown sugar syrup is perfect! I am addicted to their egg pudding in my drink. It's custardy and milky.We're coffee lovers so my husband always orders the coffee drinks. There's not much variety for the coffee options here unfortunately. I wish they added more coffee drinks. I gotta admit that those are not the best here in my opinion. The coffee tastes a little bitter and a bit watered down so I don't order those. The Hella Bubble drink is delicious and I enjoyed the taste of the matcha milk tea. I've still got a lot to try though.
I love the drinks at this place. But my customer service experience could be a little better. I ordered the deluxe drink with NO RED BEANS. However, when I took the first two sips, I tasted and bit into red beans. I went back to ask for a remake. The barista asked, can you show me where the red bean is in the drink that had lychee jelly, egg pudding, mini boba and regular boba. She then took the drink and check it herself and left my previous drink on the counter. Fast forward, she remade the drink for me and argued that she couldn’t find any red boba in it. And look behind her and the drink is still in the cup. She didn’t pour it out to confirm if there was red beans on not. Regardless, I tasted red beans and she shouldn’t have argued with me back and forth on who was right.NONETHELESS, the drinks here are pretty delicious and that’s all that matters!
Arrived and both workers were on call with other people and gave me a weird stare upon my arrival. They later looked like they were still on their phones after i ordered it took 12 minutes for a mango passion fruit tea with boba. Not just that but they forgot the boba to my mango passion fruit tea. I’ve gone to other boba shops with excellent customer service and care but this one is one that disappointed me.
