Disappointing. Food was over cooked, service was lacking, many shrimp weren't cleaned.Atmosphere was nice, aside from the gum on my pants that was stuck under the table.My rare filet was more like medium. Scallops were chewy from being overcooked. Never got a drink refill. Ordered some sushi also that never arrived. Their green tea was just jasmine, not Japanese green tea as expected. We saw every chef mess up their show.Overall, go to Benihanas if you want the show with a better experience.
I am given it 3 stars because for The process the food was okay. My steak was overcooked and lacked a little flavor. The tricks were great and vibes were awesome. Our waiter was kind and attentive.
I came here to celebrate my son's birthday so I brought all my family and had a great time. We ordered some sushi ?, some steaks ?,some shrimp ?, some scallops and some dumplings ?.I give this place a 4 star and not a 5 because the cook was in a rush or something and my wife ordered her steak median and he over cooked it ,other than that it was good..
This use to be one of the last places acceptable on 1960. As usual, the people greeting us and employees on the inside were enjoying their own dinner... from another restaurant. This happens almost every time we go in their. Last night was a night of firsts. First time we had a waitress for the second time (They only employ people for about a week before they have left). The first time we only had a few problems instead of many with our order. AND THIS IS THE BIG ONE... The first time we sat next to the sushi bar while the bored guy behind the bar clipped his nails. This went on until he was finished with all 10! The ingredients are all open and were right in front of him. I'm sure some of the trimmings didn't all fall to the floor. Don't order anything like a crunchy roll. It might not be what you think! Just can't go there anymore. We use to go at least once every few weeks. No More. I am convinced that the good ratings on here were from Pepe with absolutely nothing to compare this place to and just think it is good. It is not and hasn't been for years now.
Renee was our server and she was fabulous! She was knowledgeable and friendly. It was our first visit and Renee made us feel at home. Not to mention the food was Amazing! Great food and great service… winning combination. We will definitely be back.
I've been several times but today I had Manny as the cook, and Helen as my waitress. They both went above and beyond for me and my kids! Manny seasoned our food so good I didn't have to argue with my 9 year old about eating his veggies! Every time I go I'm requesting this dynamic duo!
Our chef did a lot of tricks, took him a little longer to cook than expected but it tasted good. Waiter was ok. He wouldn’t finish listening when he was already walking away.The Honolulu roll was pretty good. Gratitud is already with your tab.
Haven't tried the hibachi side yet, but I'll probably update to 5 stars when I do. The sushi happy hour, been there twice now, is great. Sushi options are delicious and good portion sizes. The drink options are great too. Highly recommend.
The food was amazing. Decently priced for lunch time. The cooking was pretty good as well. We took the kids out for our youngest daughters 12th birthday. It was her first time at a hibachi grill with us. The girls definitely enjoyed the day!
