Harry's was a nice breakfast place that I got to enjoy. Picked the pancake omlette and was surprised by the size. Never have had a omlette wrapped in a pancake, it was definitely a filler. The traditional breakfast with a side mocha coffee hit the spot as well. Morning time was a little busy, which is to be expected by the wait was worth it.
I have been to plenty of brunch spots in Houston and all over the country. This is my favorite one in Houston and one of my top favorites of all time. We came in with a big group and got seated right when our reservation was set for. The food was super good. The waitress, servers, bar tenders, and managing staff were all friendly even though the place was packed and hectic. I can’t wait to get back in town and visit here again. I will be telling everyone about this spot.
We ate here for breakfast the other day and I must say the food was sooo good. I had the chicken and waffles. The waffle was so soft and probably one of the best I've ever eaten. The chicken was super crispy and more then enough to feed two people if you ask me. Maybe cause I eat small portions myself but that's just my opinion. Now the chicken usually comes with a spicy honey sauce on it but I preferably don't eat spicy so I ordered mine without. We also ordered a meat omelet with ham, cheese, and added Jalapeños. The omelet was very cheese and had the perfect combination of meat and Jalapeños. It came with a choice of side we choose hashbrowns and they were cooked perfect. We added one biscuit with gravy and man oh man again amazing! All in all a 10! A must stop and eat if you're ever in the area you won't be disappointed I'm sure of it!!
Went in around 8am on Saturday. Plenty of parking. Nice ambience. Had a Greek omelette - it was very good. They kept the egg less salty so the feta crumbles could add the salt. House potatoes were well browned, just salted right. My friend had the buckwheat waffles and liked them. Drip coffee at 3.50 was a huge miss - even tasted stale. Had to flag down the waitress for coffee etc - I've come to accept some service gaps in any restaurant these days due to staff shortages.
We stumbled upon this place while looking for somewhere to eat since Breakfast club line was too long. Really glad we did! Actually enjoyed the ambiance better here. The day was perfect for a patio Breakfast. They had exactly was I had planned on getting at BK. The spicy chicken and waffles was soooo yummy!!! Really enjoyed savoring the chicken. Also got croissant sandwich and it was yummy too. Definitely would go back again to try other plates and get the Chicken and waffles again!!! The seasoning for the chicken is deliciously flavorful!
Delicious Dreamcast offerings with a bright and inviting dining area. Staff were very attentive and checked on us in a timely manner. My daughter loved her hot chocolate and enjoyed her waffle. I found the Larrisa Plate to be exceptional. You won’t go wrong paying a visit to Harry’s.
When I asked about brunch appetizers I was told by the waiter “It isn’t proper etiquette to have appetizers before brunch”. Than my friend ordered fries as sides and the food runner accidentally gave her feta fries instead of normal fries. They brought the normal fries out, left it on our table for about 5 minutes and literally came back and took the fries off our table. She said “you’ll be charged for the regular fries not the feta fries” but it was her mistake giving us the feta fries instead of the regular.
Good services friendly people!!
The owner and her staff is very much racist, my fist time eating here I ordered the spicy chicken and waffles the waffle was huge I was only given 1 cup of syrup I asked for extra syrup the owner practically walked the waiter back to the table asking me did I really want all that syrup yes I do the waffle is huge and dry looking. A huge turn off after after spending $50.00 something dollars on food. Never again will I go here I hate to eat somewhere I can't get what I pay for
Really nice location with limited free parking. Food was fresh & very tasty. ETA: after a few visits, I must add that the wife, who is sometimes the hostess, is very rude and condescending. She left a very sour experience with me.
