I love this place, I’ve been coming here for three years now. This is a great place to take friends and family. It’s very entertaining cooking your own food
THEY HAVE CHANGED!!! They have done away with servers to bring you drinks and the sides. the quality of the hot items like fried buns and chicken wings have suffered as a result. the glasses that they use for the now self service drink station are absurdly tiny resulting in many trips away from your dining experience. for the price of 65 for two adults to eat i would expect a better experience. this has been my go to hotpot spot for the last few years and in all honesty with these changes I will not be returning and am now in search of a new hot pot spot. while I understand businesses need to adapt to survive and these changes may have been motivated by the need to fight back inflation and to avoid raising prices. However, when I intend to spend 65+ on a meal for two adding on 3-5 extra per plate isn't going to dissuade me when what I know I'm paying for is the food + the atmosphere. take away half that and then you've lost a lifelong customer. goodbye happy lamb hotpot I'm sorry you've died with this recession.

My 1st time at a place like this but it won't be my last, this is a great place that helped a 1st timer with understanding what I should do. They made me feel very comfortable and the service was great. The food was amazing and fun. I didnt think cooking your own food would end well because I barely know how to boil water (luckily they boil the broth for you). They make it idiot proof so you can enjoy all the selections they have. The price isn't bad either for all you can eat. Will be back soon.
Happy Lamb was very happy today folks. Awesome bone broth. We had the hot and spicy on one side there house signature bone broth. It was dam delicious. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Quick to fill the broth back up. All the veggies were fresh and the meat as well. They never skimmed on the meat.
The setting is a warm, inviting open concept (Buffet style). Plenty of seating for both couples and families. The pricing: reasonable, fair! Of course the food is fresh and portioned perfectly for you. The waitresses are attentive of your needs. And available for self serve. The broths are seasoned to perfection. From a mild bone marrow broth, to an amazing spicy broth. Veggies are prepped and available to add to broths of choice. A very appealing site upon walking in!Small concern I had: Was upon walking into the restroom. It was not well kept, and soap was scarce.Otherwise, the name of the restaurant proceeds it. 'Happy' Lamb! Happy Fam.♡ will be returning again.
very happy to have happy lamb be my first hot pot experience! service was wonderful and they were very helpful on the ordering process. this is definitely a great lunch/dinner spot for friend groups.
Pretty good food. Decent service even when they are busy. The prices are high unless you can eat a lot. I’ll stick with the ramen place by my house for half the price and just as good food. Fun to cook at your table though.
False advertisement on their menu. We came in to eat today as a party of 5 & get charged 18% tip. Their menu specifically says parties of 6 or more will get that 18% tip charge. We asked them if there was anything they could do, & they said no. Who writes something on their menu but doesn't follow through with their actions? Terribly disappointed & will not be coming here again.
Food is good but service is terrible! Been here a few times but they play the same trick: all waiters/waitresses are disappeared after food come out so we can’t order any additional items. No water refilled!
